Very nice place

The place was great and very much as advertised. It had the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO property we've ever rented. Rooftop was deck was a nice plus as we spent a few evenings up there. Street parking was always within 2 blocks so not an issue.

We loved this property! Very clean, new house, new appliances, fully stocked, we will definitely recommend this for families and friends. We give it a 10!

Good Rental

The house was remodeled nicely and had good space for a family of six (four adults and two children) and overall a good rental. There were a few cons for me though. First and foremost, parking was challenging. Second, the mattresses were hard and finally there needed to be kid friendly plates and cups. Despite the few cons I would still recommend as it was reasonably priced and a good location to access Seattle’s tourist locations fairly easily.

We loved our stay here. Everything is beautiful and we were even able to see the mountain the the rooftop deck. We will certainly stay our next trip to Seattle!

Very Pleasant Stay

The place was extremely clean, very well decorated. Bed was very comfortable and there were some very nice chocolates which I love. My grandson was thrilled to have a room for himself. Overall had a very enjoyable stay and will stay here again.

Relaxing Seattle

We absolutely loved our stay! This newly remodeled townhouse was perfect for our stay. It was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The owner was available for any questions if needed. We would certainly stay here again if we were back in Seattle.

In town for a wedding

My husband and i plus my sister and 2 of her daughters came in from out of state for a niece's wedding. It was a very pretty place in a great neighborhood and was perfect. The host is very responsive.

This place exceeded our expectations on so many levels. Clean, well equipped, centrally located and an amazing roof top patio. If this is available I’d highly recommend scooping it up. You will not be disappointed.

Great Townhouse in Ballard

We really enjoyed our stay at this really nice townhouse in Ballard. It is very modern and spacious with 3 levels, including a really nice kitchen and living room area, a very nice main bedroom, and great views from the deck.

Fantanstic views and location

We bad a wonderful time in this home. There was plenty of room and comfortable beds. Parking was a little tricky for is since we are from the midwest but we got it all figured out very quickly. The location was great for the activities we had planned. If you have not been to the aquarium, it is a must see! The host was very responsive and I would 100% stay in this lovely home again.

Nice Town Home in Seattle

Great town home. The Ballard neighborhood of Seattle is quiet, relaxing, close enough to drive to the city, but far enough to be away from the city noise and traffic. Communication was fast and easy with the owner. The only negative is the neighborhood parking is haeavy, but that howbitnid all over Seattle. Woukd stayvhere again.

Absolutely Lovely!

This may be our favorite rental we’ve ever stayed at! We’ve stayed in Ballard before so we knew we liked the area. This rental was within walking distance to quite a bit while still feeling like it was in a quiet neighborhood. The townhome itself was very clean, modern, and well thought out. Plenty of room for our young son to play without too many knickknacks. Highly recommended for families! Rooftop deck was great, we enjoyed relaxing there after busy days. All in all, very impressed by this place and hope to be back soon!

Family Vacation

We had a little hard time finding the home. It is behind a gate. When we did the home was beautiful! Everything was clean and as pictured. There were many extras, only needed to buy stuff for dinner. The roof top view is fantastic.

Family Adventure

Met up with family in Seattle for a long weekend. It was perfect! We all loved the place and Karen was a great hostess. The rooftop deck was an incredible place to end each day. I would definitely go back! Thank you Karen!

Great house and vacation in Ballard

This was a great location and a clean and quiet home, well suited for up to 6 people. Ballard is a fun area and easy to walk to from the house. The bus route downtown is close by and there are many things to do in Seattle. The house was clean and well-equipped. Great rooms and a nice area for dining and spending time as a family. Highly recommended as a place to stay while visiting Seattle

Great dog friendly house walking distance to hip Ballard restaurants and shops!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple atfer a long road trip. The house was the perfect size. It was super helpful that the house was dog friendly since we were traveling with our dog. The backyard was great because we could sit on the patio while the dog ran around. We enjoyed exploring Ballard. The house was only a five minute walk from great shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Ballard townhome

We spent nearly a week in Karen's lovely townhome, while we had work done on our home in Seattle. Our stay was perfect! The place is exactly as in the photos, except nicer. Extra clean, super well-stocked kitchen, spacious primary bedroom/bathroom, awesome rooftop deck with views! Communication was great, check in and out was easy, neighbors were quiet, and downtown Ballard is very close, with all its great night life. 5+*
