Unit 309 at The Highlands of the Smokies is a brand-new luxury Smoky Mountain Vacation Condo Rental that is sure to be a hit with your friends and family. With top-of-the-line amenities and gorgeous views of Mount Le Conte & downtown Gatlinburg, you won’t want to leave! This gorgeous condo offers accommodations for up to 6 guests and is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

From the moment you enter this two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condo, you’ll be awestruck by the spectacular views of the Smokies coming in through the wall of windows. This condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, with seating for 6 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony (perfect for morning coffee or an evening wine down), and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

Preparing a meal in this unit is as easy as 1-2-3. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. Featuring a large granite countertop, modern lighting, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space, it’s perfect for creating a culinary experience for you and your family/friends to enjoy.

This single-level vacation rental boasts two king bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. Each bathroom features a custom tile shower, and double vanities and the master includes a soaking tub.

Two things: google maps had me go up the pass with all the switchbacks. I wish I would have gotten some information from you ahead of time about the other road that was much, much easier to drive on before I came. It would have saved me from me from taking a few years off my life from up that road.Also, please provide coasters so your beautiful furniture doesn’t get rings on them.

Beautiful place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 bedroom unit was just like the pictures-beautiful, as were the views. A couple of suggestions: please supply tissues for each bathroom, a manual dish soap to wash plates or pans not going in the dishwasher, and additional soaps for the bathroom. It is not very practical to have to share one small bar soap for the shower and the two-bathroom sinks. Also, perhaps place a squeegee in the shower to wipe away the water on the step, as it was slippery, and the water from the glass shower enclosure. One other thing: the road to get to Highlands is extremely narrow, curvy, and full of many steep ascents and descents-somewhat scarry, especially at night.

The unit is brand new, tastefully decorated, and QUIET! We did not want to leave!! We thoroughly enjoined escaping the busyness of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and spending our down time in this amazing unit which is so comfortable and relaxing! We also saw a few bears while there...a highlight for our family! :-) From the complex it is just a short drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Ober Mountain, Smokey Mountain National Park, and many other attractions. We would HIGHLY recommend this unit and/or complex! We honestly cannot say enough great things about this place! We will return one day! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a stay at the Highlands of the Smokies! You won't regret it! :-)
