Unit 107 at The Highlands of the Smokies is a brand-new luxury Smoky Mountain Vacation Condo Rental that is sure to be a hit with your friends and family. With top-of-the-line amenities and gorgeous views of Mount Le Conte & downtown Gatlinburg, you won’t want to leave! This gorgeous condo offers accommodations for up to 6 guests and is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

From the moment you enter this two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condo, you’ll be awestruck by the spectacular views of the Smokies coming in through the wall of windows. This condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, with seating for 6 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony (perfect for morning coffee or an evening wine down), and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

Preparing a meal in this unit is as easy as 1-2-3. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. Featuring a large granite countertop, modern lighting, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space, it’s perfect for creating a culinary experience for you and your family/friends to enjoy.

This single-level vacation rental boasts two king bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. Each bathroom features a custom tile shower, and double vanities and the master includes a soaking tub.

My kids and I loved this condo! It was so nice, had all the amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pits, Mountain View’s, fitness center). I would love to rerun and stay longer just for the condo!

We stayed for 6 nights. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and so convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Easy check-in and check-out. Property managers were very helpful and friendly. Pool was refreshing after a hot day of sight seeing. Will come again to this property.

We absolutely loved our stay at this mountain view condo! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The mountain views were truly the highlight—waking up to them each morning and enjoying the peaceful scenery from the condo was unforgettable. One of the best bonuses was receiving one free ticket each day to local attractions, which added so much value to our stay and made exploring the area even more fun and convenient. The location was ideal: quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to dining, shopping, local attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and the Smoky Mountain National Park. The beds were comfortable, the layout was spacious, and the attention to detail made a big difference. It was the perfect blend of cozy and upscale, making it easy to relax after a full day of exploring.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain escape with stunning views. We wanted to stay somewhere that felt like home, while doing a lot of searching we finally found the Highlands of the Smokies condos, it was amazing we had a great view of the mountains, the condo it self was super clean, it was equipped with everything a family would need while taking a vacation, lots of space and everything was super close to downtown Gatlinburg. We loved this rental property, we will be planning another trip in the winter time, and hopefully this property will be available. Thank you again for such a great stay at the smokies.
