The Space:

Important:



This house has a casita but don't worry as you will have complete privacy and full access to all amenities - pool, BBQ, etc. The only shared area is the parking, and the Casita guests have a separate entrance through the white flamingo 🦩 gate on the right side of the house.



Sleeping Arrangement:



Bedroom 1 - One king-sized bed that can sleep 2 guests

Bedroom 2 - One queen-sized bed that can sleep 2 guests

Bedroom 3 - One queen-sized bed that can sleep 2 guests

Living Room - Sofa can be converted into a bed which can sleep 1 guest

🏊‍ To ensure the pool is properly heated for your arrival, all pool heating requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to check-in. Last-minute requests made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a $100 SOS fee, as this requires us to dispatch our pool technician outside of their regular schedule.. Please see House Rules (scroll down to the bottom part of the listing ) for details and pricing. Please note that the spa does not have jets.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. If we detect that you smoked inside, you will need to pay $500 to cover the deodorization of the property.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask that you refrain from parting or making loud noises at our home. We are in a residential neighborhood with an HOA, so we ask you to please be responsible for our neighbors and HOA regulations regarding quiet times. Thank you very much for your understanding. Violation of this rule will warrant a $1000 penalty.
