Relax poolside next to golden dolphins and play to your heart's content in our elegant home located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the heart of Las Vegas near The Strip and all major Las Vegas attractions.

Bedroom 1: The Mirage Suite (primary bedroom) is very private with direct view and access to the pool area. The master suite boasts a King size gold 4-poster bed, with a private bathroom, two separate sinks and mirrors, ideal for a night out or a business meeting preparation. Also includes a 42" TV for you to enjoy your favorite show or movie in your own privacy.


Bedroom 2: The Mirage Queen has a boho/topical design commonly found in the rooms at The Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. This room includes a comfortable queen memory foam bed accompanied by soft pillows for ultimate comfort and A work station. The entire home has an ultrafast internet wifi.

Bedroom 3: The Mirage Double room is the perfect room to share. Ideal for large groups that need extra space or families with kids, this room sleeps up to 4.

The Mirage Double room has two pillow-top full-size beds. This room is tropical-themed, with custom wooden palm fronds on the wall, jungle nightstand lighting, and tropical pillows.

The Mirage Pool & Patio Area:

The Mirage Pool is one of a kind. Enjoy the waterfall and golden dolphins which shoot water. Our volleyball-style pool is shallow on each side (3 ft), with comfortable in pool seating for lounging on a hot day. Sit on the steps of the pool waterfall in front of the "Greetings from Las Vegas" mural for the ultimate photo-taking moment. Ask me about Extra pool heating service we offer.

Our pool deck is designed to entertain. We have a grill ready for you to cook your favorite meal, comfortable outdoor poolside seating, and corn hole. At night turn on the string lights to enjoy the ultimate Mirage Pool House outdoor ambiance.

The Mirage Lounge (Living Room):

Ready to entertain. The living room includes a large plush sectional couch and an oversized tropical wicker egg chair for ultimate comfort. Our custom, hand-sculpted golden dolphin coffee table is a tribute to The Mirage Hotel. Lounge in the Mirage Hotel and enjoy our brand-new 65" TV, equipped with Netflix steaming services for your enjoyment. If you like music, our TV is also equipped with a premium Spotify account. Steam your favorite music right from the TV located in the Mirage Lounge.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped and packed with essentials (glasses, dishwasher, utensils) and gadgets to help you prepare and show off your cooking skills. Our Chef's kitchen is for you to enjoy. Use the oven, large gas cook-top, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, blender, and new dishwasher.

Dining area -

When you stay in this incredible home, you have the entire place to yourself. You will be given a unique code to access the Smart Lock on the front door before you arrive and will be given all the information you need to access the WiFi. The home is professionally decorated and Smart, including Smart flat-screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom, ceiling fans, AC/Heating control units.

Plenty of parking 2 car garage and 2 cars can park in the drive way.

The sprawling estate is just minutes from all of the area's most popular restaurants, bars, grocery stores, Barkin Basin Park, tourist attractions and shopping . Modern amenities like laptop-friendly workstation, a full-size Washer/Dryer, Fully equipped kitchen/bathroom essentials give you everything you need to work and relax in our home.

The Mirage Pool House is located in a quiet and very safe neighborhood near attractions. Across the street from our home is the Barkin Basin Dog Park (awesome if you a dog staying with you and W. Wayne Bunker Family Park. The family park across the street includes public tennis courts, a half-mile shaded walking path for exercise, a skate park, and playgrounds.

You can get access to everything you need for your stay within 1 mile of our home. Our closest grocery store is Albertsons which is 0.7 miles away or a 2-minute drive. Target is 0.8 miles away or a 2-minute drive if you need to pick up some last-minute essentials or an outfit.

Our favorite local place to go for dinner is Las Vegas Brewery. It is located 0.9 miles from The Mirage Poolhouse and has local made beer, big screen TVs, great food, and is kid friendly.

The best way to get around Las Vegas is by car, taxi, a ride-hailing option like Uber or Lyft, or by bus. The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) offers bus routes 24 hours a day along the Strip and downtown area, providing affordable transportation.

The Downtown Loop is a free shuttle servicing the exciting attractions in downtown Las Vegas including: Bonneville Transit Center - First Street, South of Bonneville Avenue. The Arts District - Art Way and Boulder Avenue.

We are dog (no cats please) friendly and allow most dog breeds to stay at the property. Please tell me your pet's breed age and weight. There's a pet fee - minimum $60 per stay per pet or $20 per night per dog Your dog must be approved and paid for prior to check-in. If your dog wasn't pre-approved and/or the additional fee was not paid for prior to check-in, your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.

Please make sure to pick up after your dog.

Another thing to note is that we have security cameras surrounding the property. There are no cameras inside the house.

Pool Waiver:

By booking The Mirage Pool House you agree to the following waiver of liability in relation to the pool.

At no time is the pool supervised or a lifeguard on duty. You are responsible for the safe operation of the pool facilities and are responsible for all persons using the pool facilities during your stay at The Mirage Pool House. The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves a number of risks, including but not limited to:

-The risk of injury as a result of a possible malfunction of pool equipment during hire;
-The risk of injuries resulting from slips, trips, and falls in the pool area;
-The risk of injuries resulting from the lack of pool supervision;
-The risk of injuries as a result of running, jumping, diving, or other similar actions;
-The risk of other injuries resulting from any other actions in the pool and surrounding areas.

The above list is not an exhaustive list of all possible risks, and only provides examples of risks that could possibly occur whilst using the pool facilities.

By booking The Mirage Pool House, you hereby agree to the conditions:

1. To waive any and all claims that I have or may have in the future against The Mirage Pool House and its owners or representatives relating to my use of the pool and pool area;

2. To release ‘The Mirage Pool House’ owners and representatives from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer in connection with my use of the pool and/or pool area to any cause whatsoever, including negligence on the part of the owners or representatives;

3. To hold harmless and indemnify the owners or representatives from any and all liability to property and personal injury, to any third party, resulting from use of the pool or pool area;

4. You can confirm that I am over the age of 18 and that I am responsible for all persons in my group and will adhere to all the rules of the premises;

5. That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon me, and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.

* Pets (dogs) are welcome. There is a pet fee - $30 per night per dog or a minimum of $90 (Which ever is Higher). We accept dogs over 1 yr old. Let me know asap (before checkin) if you have a pet. Unreported pets will be charged automatically and may be cause for Booking cancellation with no refund.

ATTENTION: To help assure all local ordinances are followed as required by our business license in preventing unlawful parties, events and other disturbances, we highlight the rules for Local Residents (this includes City of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Clark County, Henderson and Boulder City). Parties, large gatherings (larger than our max allowed) and other disturbances will not be tolerated. Thank you for understanding. As a LICENSED SHORT-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY, all guests must agree to follow all city ordinances and house rules as disclosed prior to booking off the property.
1. NO parties of Any Kind Due to the city ordinances, no parties are allowed at the property.
2. NO Fireworks of Any Kind Absolutely NO fireworks are allowed on and around the property at any time
3. NO Disturbing Noises of Any Kind This includes use of microphones and speakers for singing, speaking, and playing music throughout the day and especially after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am.
