The pictures does no justice for this place. Like other reviews. Property needs to be updated. But it was perfect. The pool goes up to 8' which is a plus. Communication was quick and accurate. Great place, you'll enjoy your visit with thus place.

Outside of the building and the apartment needing repairs, it was clean, stocked with supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. Pool was ready to use, and overall a great stay!

This was adequate- a bit run down apartment & complex but rat packish vibe. Worked fine for us but not really what I was envisioning on the front end.

The apartment looks dated. Noise from the air con is way to loud, the pool was not clean, the bedding was something that needs to be addressed. Location was good and tv and wifi was good i would rate it a 3.

Nice place!

Nice clean location, plenty of room. Nice place to stay if you have a decent size group and want to be close to the strip but with amenities like a kitchen.

Didn’t use the pool it was dirty. Not enough hot water for 2 people to shower let alone multiple. Sheets were not that clean. Old old pillows and sheets. Not in a great area. Outside was rough. Nothing is updated at all.

It is 24/7 hot and cold water for use! Beddings are clean I did checked them! It is not a new apartment, we will renovate it soon. Because is low on price like u did book it. Best regards

Clean and Close

The condo was very clean, it slept 7 of us comfortably. There was a roll away cot that was provided which was a nice accommodation so one of the kids did not have to sleep on the couch. This condo is located very close to the stratosphere and is only a 5 minute drive to the convention center. It was very easy to get around the area and there was still plenty of parking when we would return in the evenings.

Les points forts : Arrivée et emplacement
Pros: The space was clean, beds were comfy. We were able to walk to the Stratosphere, monorail station at the Sahara, and convenience store and some restaurants easily. Cons: The couches are hard plastic that has built in lights and a very thin and slippery seat cushion and unattached back cushions. If that sounds awful, you're correct. The chair was an uneven circular chair that was just slightly more comfortable than the couches. I realize that not much time gets spent in the rental because there is so much to do in Vegas, but when we were at the rental to regroup and plan what to do next or came in for the night and wanted to hang out together before we went to bed, the seating in the living room is extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. The apartment complex where the rental is located has a pool but we refused to use it because there was a dirty diaper in it the first day and the rest of the week it sat on the concrete next to the pool so that was gross. We were given 6 towels to use between 5 people for the week and at check in were told additional towels would be 15 each.Check out instructions were sent day of checkout after we had already left for the airport that morning so we did the best we could trying to get it easy to clean. I recommend asking for them the day before. My 82 year old dad forgot his medication on the kitchen counter yesterday and I have yet to hear back from the host about these.

Hi, Lynley! We do have all furniture from SLS hotel) designed specifically for that style, most guests love it style ! They are lighting and looks cool, most guests never complain on comfy, couches are pretty comfy! I will check with my cleaning group about diapers, no one never mentioned to me that! Tammy gave u some extra towels as well for free! Even yes it cost extra or u can just made laundry by yourself. About medication I did contact u right away back, but u did respond that’s it is impossible to send it anyway - so u did respond to trash it. So we did it and follow your instructions. Best regards

Not enough lipstick on the pig

Good location near strip. Well lit, convenient parking, quiet and secure. This property is badly in need of updating. Bathroom sinks won’t drain, missing light bulbs, mold in shower and cracked window. Dishwasher door would not stay closed or work. No ice maker in freezer and the kitchen cabinets no shelf paper, curtains in one bedroom actually nailed to wall.

Not satisfied:(

Let me start with furniture very uncomfortable sofas, beds and pillows, second squeaking stuck doors, clogged sinks, and broken dishwasher. No availability of single bar of soap.. soap dispenser were empty. The description was not accurate as the owner charged me extra $100 for my six year old kid ( additional member fees). Last but not the least we could hear the drain and running water from faucets through out the night.

OK

The property is in a dicey area. There is no parking except on the street. I would not recommend walking at night. The pictures look much better than the actual property. The value for the buck is because the property is very old and is in need of repair and is in one of the older sections in Vegas. It was mostly clean, the floors under the couches were very dirty. The owner is very responsive to questions and emails. I would not choose to stay there again.
