Jávea, also often written in Valencian Xàbia, is an authentic fishing village located in Spain on the Costa Blanca at the easternmost point of the Iberian Peninsula, opposite Ibiza, between Denia and Moraira, about an hour's drive from Alicante and Valencia airports. Jávea is an extensive hilly coastal area with spacious residential areas where vacation homes, villas with private pools and rental flats are widely distributed.
Besides its unique location on the Costa Blanca and its typically Spanish charm, Jávea is a village that remains a village thanks to municipal policies. No high-rise buildings, no mass tourism, but pure authenticity. In Jávea, the locals have found a good balance between tourism and their own well-being.
