- The Parking Tag is $20 deposit which will be refunded to you $20, when you return tag on or before check out date.

RENTAL RULES
The building requires at least 1 person over 21 years old is present during check-in
1-Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
2-Those who are not registered guests can not spend the night on the property and are not allowed to use the building facilities.
3-All units are privately owned; The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs in the apartments or their facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings and valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it has been accepted that all rentiers are expressly assuming the risk of any damage arising from the use of the facilities and other people inviting them to use them.
4-Keep the property and all the furniture in good condition
Use the devices only for their intended use
5-Pets are not allowed in the unit
6-There is no daily cleaning service included. (they can have extra cleaning if you arrange with the Care Taker)
7-Maximum capacity 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 children under 13 years old (14 years old and up will pay for key fobs/bracelets considered)
5th and 6th adult will pay a fee of $100 each to the building upon arrival.
