We’re so glad the location between DEN and Boulder worked well for your family, and that you enjoyed the views, the comfy beds, the kitchen and the fire pit. We’re truly sorry to hear about the mouse on the lanai and the pet hair on the carpet. This is the first we’ve heard of either one. Our inspector didn’t find any of these issues before your arrival, and none of them were brought to our attention during or after your stay. We always want the chance to make things right in the moment, so please reach out to us anytime if something isn’t quite right. Our team is happy to send someone over. This is also the first we've heard of the furniture being uncomfortable, but we will be sure to keep an eye on this for future. We’re sorry checkout morning felt rushed. Check-in at this home is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM, and we sent a checkout reminder the evening before. This information is also sent a week before your arrival so guests can plan accordingly. It's great to know that you appreciated the mid-century modern style and high-end finishes of the home, as well as the fantastic views of Denver and Boulder from the backyard. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience though I am very sorry to hear of some of the issue you encountered during your stay. I do wish you would have let us know of these issues right away so we could get them fixed especially since they are pretty easy fixes. We also would have been happy to send a couple of fans if you felt the bedroom was too warm for your liking. Our maintenance team will be taking care of the faucet and breaker right away so that will not be an issue in the future. Glad you enjoyed the beautiful views and hopefully with these issues addressed you will change your mind about staying again.
