Summary:
This home was just renovated with beautiful finishes. With an amenity filled backyard this has everything you need for your vacation! It's a centrally located single family home, close to the beach, Palm Beach and Jupiter. It offers great access for family and friends to enjoy the Palm Beach area. This house was created to be handicap accessible, with a wheelchair entry and a wet bathroom, to make it easy for friends and family using a wheelchair.

The Space:
We enclosed the garage to offer guests more living space, and room for entertaining. As you walk into the front door, you'll see a large open space with an open concept living space, including the kitchen, dining room and living room. We also have a Florida Room set up for guests who are working from home, or want a quiet place to read and relax. As you move through the home, there are four bedrooms, three with queen beds and one with two twin beds, in addition to two full bathrooms. We have plenty of closets and storage, and have a pack and play ready for guest's with infants and children. The washer and dryer is available for guests in the utility room. The space has AC throughout the house!

Finally we have an epic backyard with a cozy seating area, a dip pool and deck, fire pit and games! The backyard has everything available to take advantage of the Florida sun.

Guest Access:
We can give you access via the August Home lock. We can have you download an application on your phone so you get Bluetooth access. For those of you who are not tech savvy, we can also guide you to keyed access.

The Neighborhood:
This is a great neighborhood with friendly people and many schools nearby.

Getting Around:
We are a two miles from the beach, and a few blocks off of the highway and other major roadways. This is centrally located to many eateries, stores and the Palm Beach Gardens Mall.

By accepting this reservation and occupying the premises, you, the guest, acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Responsibility: The Renter assumes full responsibility for any damages to the Property caused by the Renter or their guests during the rental period. The Renter agrees to cover the cost of any repairs or replacements needed due to such damages.
Assumption of Risk: The renter acknowledges that renting or occupying the Property involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, personal property damage, and loss of personal belongings.
Release of Liability: The Renter agrees that the owner(s), host(s), and their respective agents, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any personal injury, bodily harm, or property damage sustained by the Renter or any guests invited by the Renter while occupying the Property. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries or damages caused by accidents, negligence, or any other circumstances.
Hold Harmless: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owner(s), host(s), and their respective agents, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to your use or occupancy of the property, including any personal injury or property damage sustained by you or any other person.
Waiver of Legal Claims: You agree that you will not bring any legal action, claim, or suit against the property owner(s), host(s), or their agents, employees, or representatives for any injury, damage, or loss sustained during your use or occupancy of the property.
Acknowledgement: By booking this property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and hold harmless agreement.
