The house was clean and had everything you needed. Kitchen was well equipped , plenty of pool and bath towels. Beach chairs and coolers where also available. Pool was clean and warm. The host was quick to respond to any question we had. House is in a great location!

We had an HVAC issue, which we replaced the filter. The place did not have a lot of cleaning products or extra garbage bags, etc. the cleanliness of the house was also very sub par.

We were surprised by the comments regarding cleanliness, as this is the first time any guest has raised this concern since the home has been available to the public for 18 months. The property receives a professional deep cleaning between every stay using a detailed checklist to ensure high standards, so no cleaning products are left for guests to clean. Only kitchen supplies and basic bathroom toiletries. Regarding the HVAC system: During their stay, we were only notified that the unit was freezing up, and we suspected the guests kept doors/windows open for extended periods or set the A/C excessively low. After a short time with the unit off—and apparently after the guest poured hot water into the unit—the issue resolved on its own. However, we were not informed that they had also replaced the filter, which due to its location, was probably ruined by the hot water. We strongly prefer that guests contact us immediately with any maintenance concerns rather than attempting to service the equipment themselves.

Fantastic house and neighborhood. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard space was amazing. We would definitely book this house again and again for longer stays! The communication with the host was also exceptional! We’re very grateful that we found this house for our stay with our grandsons And Dog in Jupiter!

Great house in a great neighborhood

Really nice house in a great location. The house is very homey and it makes you feel comfortable as soon as you get indoors. The new pool was great for our kids. I would highly recommend.

Great Place Quiet Neighborhood Awesome Pool Cute Decor Book It! It was just two of us so we didn’t even use upstairs but it was super cute! It would be great for a family with kids. The playroom is great!! Baby gates might be necessary for the stairs if you have kids or pets. Communication with property manager was simple, they were very responsive!We didn’t need anything but we did reach out to see if we could check in early, mainly to drop our stuff off but they wanted 25 PER HOUR for early check in. Thats strong for early check so we decided to go have a nice lunch instead!The door code was a 6 digit code that was hard to remember, it would be nice if they gave 4 digits and made it easy so I didn’t have to search for my phone every time, in the dark etc. We have a beach house that we rent weekly and we use easy codes for our guests, and we use words, like BIRD, HOPE, LOVE etc. it’s never been a safety issue. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Short drive to everything. The yard is fenced which is great for kids and pets. There is a ring camera on the front porch but I don’t know if it was actively working. I’m not a big fan of that on rentals but I can see it being convenient for owners/property managers.Awesome place! Our favorite of the many places we’ve stayed in Jupiter! Fun! Book It!

Thank you so much for the detailed review! We're happy to know you loved the cabin, the quiet neighborhood, and the awesome pool. The best part was hearing the home was your favorite stay in Jupiter and that you’d recommend it! Thanks for the heads-up about the stairs and baby gates! Unfortunately, due to insurance and liability reasons, we’re unable to provide any baby equipment, so future guests will need to plan ahead and bring their own. We appreciate your feedback on the early check-in fee and the door code; we’ll definitely take that into consideration. The Yale locks we use only allow numbers, which is why the code is six digits. The $25 per hour early check-in fee is standard for the area and across the hospitality industry in general. We also have Ring cameras installed at all our rentals (pointed at the driveway) for security, since hosts have found it necessary due to issues with guests. As an avid STR guest myself, I completely understand the privacy concerns some people have, but the peace of mind it gives me as a host makes it worth it. Thank you again for staying with us!
