This 2021 Kingsport Travel Camper is impeccably maintained and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 3 guests. It features a queen-size bed for two adults and a bunk bed for an additional guest, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. All bedding, blankets, and toiletries are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas range (2 cooktops), microwave, small oven, refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and creamer, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Outside, a BBQ gas grill and fire pit invite you to savor outdoor cooking and cozy campfires under the stars.

Inside, the camper features a full bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower, providing all the comforts of home. A 28-inch smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, USB ports, and climate controls, ensure you stay connected and comfortable throughout your stay.

Grace Mountain Retreat spans a secluded 5-acre area, featuring an additional camping site and a contemporary Bunkhouse complete with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry facilities. These are both available for separate reservations, with the added perk of complimentary access to the Bunkhouse when not booked. EVENTS/COMMERCIAL USE: Currently, we do not allow events or gatherings of any kind on this property. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on site and for use of amenities. If you would like to schedule an event, please inquire for consideration and approval, with potential additional fee.
