EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT! Maison de 3 chambres située à 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage de Margate. À distance de marche du quartier des restaurants, de la baie, de la plage, des magasins, de CVS, de Wawa et de Lucy the Elephant. L'emplacement est la clé de notre maison nouvellement achetée, que nous avons récemment rénovée avec une nouvelle peinture, de nouveaux meubles et revêtements de sol. Planchers de bois franc dans toute la maison. 2 salles de bain complètes et douche extérieure. Cuisine complète avec toutes les commodités. Laveuse / sécheuse, climatisation et stationnement dans la rue. 8 personnes. Balises de plage incluses. Garez votre voiture et laissez-la. 10 minutes à Ocean City et 5 miles à Atlantic City.

Wonderful beach house!

Pictures don’t do this house justice. It’s clean, spacious and has everything you need for a perfect beach week. We loved the location as we could walk everywhere! We would love to return again every year. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location, beautiful place

Excellent rental in the heart of Margate. The place is beautiful... pictures do not do it justice. Walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Outdoor shower and back deck were fantastic. Would rent again! Thanks Karen!

Location is perfect. House is very clean. We parked our car in the driveway and never had to use it since everything is right there. Beach cart, bikes and tags included! So convenient. If I had to be super picky I would only wish there was a king size bed in the master instead of a queen. But This was a great beach house

Our Happy Place

What a wonderful time was had by all. The home and the host are just lovely. The place was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, spacious yet cozy and just so welcoming. This mini getaway was bittersweet for my family. Our family vacationed in Margate every summer during our childhood and now our children share the same joy with their children and we all consider it our happy place. So this particular weekend was very special because we all came together to spend our last beach trip with my sister who only has a short time remaining due to a long battle with cancer. The memories from this weekend together will be cherished by all of us and your home will always hold a special place in all of our hearts. Thank you so much for this invaluable gift.

Beautiful home great location

The pictures didn’t do this place justice. It was open, bright, clean and in a great location with a short walk to restaurants, wawa, beach, shops and Lucy the Elephant. Would definitely rent again!

Great house by the shore

Our family loved the house. The kids loved the beach theme and all the shells. It was a great location, right down the block from a great playground that our kids loved. It was a little too cold for us to go to the beach but we’d definitely come back when the weather is warmer.

Great Weekend Getaway

Beautiful house, Anxiety ridden stay

House is beautiful. Communication with owner was atypical for rental sites. One week before the stay the owner asked us if we wanted to cancel because previous renters had thrown a party and they had kicked them out. I explained to the owner we had no intention of throwing a party and were going out for the evening. She expressed wanting to meet us which I thought was out of the ordinary and kept giving us warnings about her being nearby , and the neighbors watching. All guests were adults in there mid to late 30's which we explained to her. Upon arrival started chatting with a friendly neighbor and asked them about the " wild party" from the previous weekend and assured them we were going out for the night and they would have no problems from us. The neighbor had no idea what I was talking about. Communication with the owner gave me a lot of anxiety about making any noise and frankly I was apprehensive about being at the house for any longer than was absolutely necessary. Communication with the owner made it very hard to relax during our stay. We left the house to go out at around 8 pm and upon returning to the house at about midnight the owners occupying the portion of the property above us were having some sort of a party. We could hear the noise through the walls. I finally felt at that point we could kind of relax because at least it wasn't us being loud. The couple staying with us brought their own bedding with them and upon leaving accidentally packed one of the owners pillow cases which they had removed to put there own pillow cases on. The owner texted us about the missing pillow case, I called my friends and they looked through there stuff and realized they had accidentally packed it with there bedding. Our friends promptly fedexed the pillow case back to them with our apologies. I offered to compensate them for the inconvenience. Overall we had a good time going out and meeting up with friends , the house is beautiful, very clean, and a great location.

Perfect family beach getaway

Margate is our favorite beach and this house is conveniently located near the beach, the town, Ventura’s and of course the family favorite - WaWa! The house was extremely comfortable, well-decorated and importantly clean, so vital in these times. All amenities were great. Love the Owner’s no fuss approach to check-in and check-out. We would love to plan another family trip to this home.

What a delight!

This home is lovely and perfect for a family get away! The location is amazing and the house is beautiful and such a delight! the bathrooms are gorgeous and totally updated - I think I'm going to redo one of my bathrooms at home after one of theirs! The den and kitchen are perfect and the bedrooms are so pretty! Everything you need! And, I thought it was such an easy place to keep clean for the week and it was easy to pick up after my family - very manageable! We loved the front porch too and ate breakfast there every morning! They even have bikes, boogie boards, etc. you can use in the garage - we had brought our own but it just shows you that this owner is generous and thinks of everything! Thank you, Karen!

Beach week

We loved our stay at this property. Location was great; close to beach and shops. Everything that we needed was there and it was the perfect size for my husband and I and our 2 adult children. We will definitely be renting this property again!

We chose our house mainly for its location and how well it was built. A house with good foundations have unlimited possibilities. Both my husband and I have so many wonderful memories of Margate, that it just seemed right to buy here.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You'll enjoy the location of this property the minute you arrive. Park your car and walk to everything. The beach is only 2 blocks away, and Ventura's Greenhouses Restaurant and Tiki bar is at our street, which has public restrooms, full menu and refreshing drinks. Get take out and bring it down to the beach, or take a break from the sun and enjoy some live entertainment on the upper deck. In the evening take a walk to the bay where you'll enjoy dinner at some of the areas finest restaurants. Steve & Cookies, Tomatoes, Sofia's, just to name a few. While you're there reserve some water sport fun for the next day at the marina. Wawa and CVS are one block away for those last minute things you may need. Aversa's Bakery is also one block away, along with numerous clothing and surfing shops.
