Welcome to BEACH PASS! Just one short block from placing your toes in the sand, this charming and sophisticated 3-bedroom house in the heart of upscale Margate, NJ, is the perfect location for your family's nostalgic "down the shore" vacation.
Built in the 1920s, this 1,500 sq ft home has been lovingly and completely modernized to feature an open-concept first floor, two recently renovated full bathrooms, and all the luxury comforts you expect, while preserving its solid foundation and historical charm. The east-facing location provides glorious morning sunlight and cool evening breezes.

Guests are welcome to use our shared rear driveway for a maximum of 30 minutes to conveniently unload and load belongings upon arrival and departure.

Guests will be required to sign a standard lease agreement in advance of their reservation to comply with Margate regulations.

We are the proud owners and managers of BEACH PASS! We are a family from the surrounding PA/NJ area, and Margate has been a part of our lives for over 50 years. The adjoining house has been in our family for decades. We have countless memories of spending weekends and summers "down the shore" with our own children, and we purchased and completely modernized BEACH PASS in 2020 with the express goal of sharing this wonderful town and experience with others.
We live approximately two hours away, which allows us to be hands-on with the property and instantly responsive to our guests. Many former guests have described us as being very attentive to details and exceptionally responsive to any questions. We have a full, reliable list of local contractors and service providers ready to address any emergency swiftly, ensuring your vacation is seamless. We enjoy biking the Ventnor boardwalk, cooking with fresh ingredients from the local market, and, of course, soaking up the Margate sunshine!
