Guests have access to the entire house, the private pool area, and the clubhouse.
Three days before your arrival we will send you the access code for the property, Wi-Fi, and the house address via private message (inbox). You will also receive a Welcome Guide by email with all the information you need for your stay. For your convenience, we provide a 24-hour emergency phone line to ensure you have all the support you need throughout your stay.
HOUSEKEEPING
âą To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.
POOL
âą The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesnât reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
âą For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
âą Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Windsor Island Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Saturdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
âą Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
âą Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
âą Laundry: One laundry detergent.
âą Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (houseâs maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
âą Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
âą Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
âą Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
GATE REQUIREMENTS
01. To enter the community, all drivers must be registered in advance, with correct first and last names. Only registered drivers will be authorized to access the community, as part of the resortâs security policy. At the front gatehouse, the resort may request a valid photo ID from all guests aged 18 and over, or a valid driverâs license for those driving within the community.
02. All guests must first check in at the main gate on Sand Mine Road, where access information will be verified and the parking pass will be issued. Once the parking pass is received, guests may use the back gate on Highway 27 for entry and exit during their stay. Guests arriving without a parking pass will be redirected to the main gate.
03. If you plan to arrive by rideshare (Uber/Lyft), please note that all adult guests in the vehicle must be listed in the reservation. Rideshare drivers do not have access to the community unless the registered guests they are dropping off are properly listed. Please note that rideshare vehicles are also subject to the homeâs maximum vehicle limit. If the vehicle limit has already been reached, Uber/Lyft access will be denied.
PARKING
Vehicle Limits â Strictly Enforced: Each home at Windsor Island Resort has a maximum number of vehicles allowed:
âą Townhomes: A maximum of 3 vehicles per home are allowed to enter and park in the designated townhome parking areas.
âą Single-Family Homes (5â7 bedrooms): A maximum of 4 vehicles per home are allowed to enter the community.
âą Single-Family Homes (8â10 bedrooms): A maximum of 5 vehicles per home are allowed to enter the community.
04. Once this limit is reached, no additional vehicles will be allowed into the community, including visitors. The resort does not make exceptions.
05. If you plan to receive visitors, please ensure the vehicle limit has not already been reached. Any vehicles beyond the limit will be denied entry at the gate.
06. Garage and Driveway: Parking is allowed in the garage and driveway. All vehicles must be fully within the driveway. If a vehicle extends into the street or sidewalkâeven by one inchâit will be towed. Note: some garages may be converted into game rooms.
07. Unauthorized Parking:
âą No parking on grass, irrigation areas, or sidewalks.
âą No street parking on Kaipo Rd, or on designated areas of Summer Dr, Aloha Blvd, and Mahalo Dr (check posted signs).
âą Street parking is only allowed on designated sides of the street, as indicated by signs.
08. Basketball Court/Clubhouse: Parking is allowed in front of the basketball court, but never inside the clubhouse area.
09. Towing: Vehicles in violation are subject to towing without warning, especially between 8PM and 7AM. All towing costs are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
10. Parking Passes: All passes must be clearly visible on the vehicleâs dashboard. Security will provide a parking pass.

DELIVERY
11. All items must be delivered to the house, the clubhouse is not responsible for any deliveries;
12. Amazon, UPS, and FedEx have access to make deliveries;
13. The Post Office/Regular Mail is not permitted to make deliveries within the community.
14. Please ensure that deliveries are scheduled to arrive during your stay. We cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing after delivery.
