Love the place just in the middle of the day the place would get really hot and wouldnât cooldown and they did not have extra trash bags. But other than that place was amazing loved it. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!
The location was perfect! It was right next to downtown Prescott with so many good restaurants and vintage/antique stores right around it! It was clean and looked just like the pictures. Would definitely recommend booking!!
We really enjoyed staying at this cute bungalow! It was so clean and decorated very nicely! We were able to walk to the downtown area easily and enjoy coffee on the back little patio. Iâd highly recommend to a couple that wants to get away to a nice area. The neighborhood was very nice & quiet too.
Cute and cozy little place! Great communication with host and clear instructions provided. Close to downtown but far enough to have a peaceful, private and quiet evening. Best part for us was the location being right in the center of all the trails we wanted to check out!
So overall the place is nice but the parking is annoying especially for large trucks. And the bed is small and very firm. The patio space is just ok. Not very inviting and the living room couch could be bigger. The living room also needs a ottoman
Itâs conveniently close to downtown about 15-17 minute walk
Pros: Good communication with owner, Clean and modern. Appliances (toaster, keurig, microwave) all in working condition. Washer/ dryer worked good. Had a dishwasher and stove that we did not use. Had detergent available. Off street parking. Quiet street. Minutes from center of town. Outside lighting is adequate. Cons: bathroom faucet looseNumerous nails and screws found in driveway where we parked No shelves in shower. All shampoo, conditioner and body soap is left on floor of shower. Not easy for people that have a hard time bending. 4 Kcups for a two night stay. No creamer. Bed was okay. Seemed like the mattress is getting old. Memory foam that lost its quick bounce back. Sheets were loose so lots of wrinkles. If you like the tight sheets on a mattress, this would bother you. Fan in bedroom and A/C unit in living room was noisyNo little extras like Kleenex, condiments. There was some seasoning like salt and pepper. Iron was dirty and it transferred to my shirt that I wanted to press out. No exhaust fan in bathroom 4 bath towels and only 2 wash clothes for two people and a two night stay. On the day we were leaving to go home, a worker knocked on the door stating the water is going to be shut off for repair to the outside lines. Luckily we already had our showers completed since it was about 9 in the morning. I donât think the owner knew about this. Overall, I think this would be better for a temporary longer term stay.
A great location and adequate comfort. Could use a little TLC and convenient touches, like somewhere in the shower to put your stuff; no shelf, rack or hook of any kind. Didnât care for the polyester sheets. Otherwise, pleasant place to stay. Others commented on tight parking. I had a midsize SUV AND HAD NO PROBLEM.
The house perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed for our two night stay. Close to downtown and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Wish we had more time to use the bicycles! Will definitely stay again for our next visit with our college kid!
Spent minimal time at the rental due to our schedule. Close to town, parking was a little tight, rental was very clean and as described. We would definitely stay there again.
