Outdoors:

1. Sparkling Pool: Dive into the refreshing waters of your private pool (heated during the winter months, and included in your nightly rate). Whether you're looking to swim, float, or simply soak up the Arizona sun, this pool is a perfect retreat from the desert heat.

2. Hot Tub: Unwind in the relaxing warm water while staring at the twinkling stars above.

3. 3 Hole Putting Green: Challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of golf putting in your own backyard. The putting green is perfect for golf enthusiasts of all skill levels.

Inside you'll find a comfortable and well-appointed living space with all the amenities you'll need for a relaxing stay. Our 1734 square foot home sleeps up to 8 humans and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The open concept design allows for easy interaction with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary endeavors, and the living room is perfect for cozy evenings or movie nights on the large 65” Roku TV.

Also located in the living room is a Victrola music system that includes a record player, CD player, cassette player, radio, and the ability to stream music from your phone, or tablet. We also include albums, CDs, and cassettes for your listening pleasure! Wow!

Bedroom 1: Primary master with a king bed, 55” Roku TV, dedicated workspace complete with a desk and chair.

Bedroom 2: King bed and a 43” Roku TV.

Bedroom 3: King bed, 43” Roku TV, and another Victrola music player.

Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds and a 43” Roku TV.

Bathroom 1: Full master bathroom with a shower

Bathroom 2: Full hallway bathroom with a tub / shower combo.

Guest access
A door code will be sent to you 48 hours prior to checking in.

You will get the entire house to yourself.

Guests will NOT have access to the garage.
You can park in the driveway and in the street.

Security:

For the safety and security of the owner and guests, there is one security camera that automatically records audio and video at the outside entrance of the house, and one above the garage.

Check in: Any time after 4pm MST.
Check out: 10am MST.

No late check-out or early check-in.
If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per.

We do ask that you respect our neighbors and our house rules regarding quiet time in the front yard and backyard from 10pm - 7am as this is a quiet community and not a "party zone." If you're looking for a party house, please look elsewhere.

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Please read the hot tub warnings and use at your own risk!

Unfortunately, we do NOT allow pets, smoking or parties.

All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed).
