Southern Grace on the Caddo - HOT TUB!! -- on the RIVER!!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 6 beds for the whole family! Just steps from the Caddo River, your family is sure to make many memories at Southern Grace!

The space Southern Grace is located in a gated river community just over 1 mile from Highway 70. Upon arrival, feel free to park under the stilted house or in the gravel out front. There's plenty of room for multiple vehicles. You will immediately notice the hammocks and picnic table in the shade, the firepit out back and of course the Caddo River just steps away!

Climb the stairs to the house and you will be greeted with a hot tub and more outdoor seating and a tv before reaching the door that overlooks the Caddo River from atop.

Once inside, you'll see a spacious living/dining room with a tv and surround sound, one of a kind fully-equipped kitchen, and a brick accent wall leading to the staircase. The kitchen has many conveniences for your stay including: a Keurig with a variety of K-cups, a drip coffee maker, blender, microwave, crock pot, air fryer, griddle, assortment of dishes and flatware. After a long day, sit by the indoor fireplace and watch a movie or sit outside and roast marshmallows!

Downstairs also includes a queen bedroom with a designated workspace, another queen bedroom, a separate bathroom with walk-in shower and a full laundry room for your use. The bathroom has toiletries, a blow dryer and a first-aid kit.

Upstairs is the loft bedroom with a tv with sliding barn door for privacy, 2 full beds over 2 full size trundle beds. In the upstairs bedroom is also a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The bathroom has toiletries and a blow dryer. There is a cot in the attic storage for extra sleeping.

For your safety needs, there are smoke detectors throughout the house, exterior security cameras, a first aid kit in the downstairs bathroom, a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, a fire extinguisher in the downstairs hall tree, an escape ladder in the upstairs bedroom trunk and a baby gate under the stairs.

Guest access
The area directly around Southern Grace and down to the river is your private area. There's a common area to the south of the house that includes a walking bridge over a small creek and grassy area.
