Once a working barn, this spacious and artfully restored building blends rustic charm with modern comfort â the perfect setting for families, couples, or small groups seeking peace and connection with nature.
Inside, youâll find four bedrooms thoughtfully designed for comfort: three with queen beds and one with a twin bed. The three full bathrooms feature walk-in showers, hair dryers, and spa-like details. A fully equipped modern kitchen includes stainless appliances, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals together. The open living and dining area invites relaxation, with cozy seating, high ceilings, and warm wood finishes that nod to the propertyâs heritage.
Step outside to the screened-in porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening conversation. Wander the 70-acre Peace Valley property, where walking paths, a private pond, and a tranquil forest setting await.

Hosting lets me share the parts of life that still move at a gentler paceâfresh air, quiet mornings, starry nights, and that feeling you get when youâre far enough away from everything that your shoulders finally drop.
We love welcoming guests who want to slow down, reconnect with nature, or simply have a peaceful landing spot between adventures.

We chose Caddo Gap and the Ouachita foothills because this stretch of Arkansas still feels wonderfully untouched. Peace Valley sits in a quiet, natural pocket surrounded by forests, streams, and open skyâyet youâre close enough to Hot Springs, Glenwood, and local trails to make exploring easy.
The area has a calm rhythm to it: hummingbirds in spring, crisp stargazing at night, deer wandering through the trees, and miles of nature that invite you to breathe a little deeper. Itâs a place where you can unplug without giving up comfort, and that mix is exactly why we love it here.
