Welcome to “Casa Tortuga”! We invite you to enjoy and experience our newly renovated cozy vacation beach home! Our home offers 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen with all the basics, a coffee station, dining area, a pool table, and extra sleeping space in the living room. Our backyard includes a covered patio, outdoor seating and eating area, and a heatedpool protected under a private lanai. Additionally relax and enjoy our outdoor pergola area, barbecue grill, and large custom fire pit area.

EXTERIOR
Casa Tortuga is a single-level family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a private lanai with a pool in the back! The driveway offers parking for a small boat or RV. The backyard also offers a pergola and a sitting area around a custom built fire pit.

LIVING ROOM
Upon entering you will be greeted by a cozy living room, a flat screen TV with ROKU to stream your favorite shows, two comfy chairs, and a sofa sleeper with a memory foam pad for extra comfort.
The hallway will lead you to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

MASTER BEDROOM
Features a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, a flat screen TV with ROKU for streaming, a work desk/ makeup station with power strip to charge your devices, a private bathroom with a shower, and a closet.

SECOND BEDROOM
Features a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, a flat screen TV with ROKU for streaming, and a closet.

THIRD BEDROOM
Features a twin bed with a memory foam mattress and a pullout trundle with an additional twin memory foam mattress, a closet, and spacious dresser.

KITCHEN/ DINING AREA
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig and a drip Coffee Maker. The dining table has seating for 6. Additional stools around kitchen counter for eating.

GAME ROOM
Features a pool table, a 70” Flat screen TV to view your favorite sporting events.

PATIO
Private outdoor covered patio with a dining table, a sofa, and a heated pool for your enjoyment in the winter and hot summers.

BACKYARD
Outside the private lanai you will find a BBQ grill, a pergola with a seating area and counter with stools for lounging while enjoying a meal and drinks. All next to a spacious seating area around a custom built fire pit to enjoy during the cool winter months.

2 car garage, driveway (max 3 vehicles), room for small boat/trailer/ RV on driveway.
