Eight adults and four grandchildren really enjoyed the Beach House. The house and its accommodations were perfect and the location was great. We really enjoyed our week there…whether it was at the beach, in the pool or just hanging out. Would definitely rent again and happy to refer others!

We have no complaints. This place is terrific and was enjoyed by our family of 14 (ages range from 15 mos. to 94 years old!) We had the exact number of bedrooms and the supplies provided were excellent. Love the places in the house that provide family time as well as the ones perfect for alone time. Each space is very welcoming. Thank you for all you have done to make this a getaway we will always remember. Best house and property we have ever stayed in.The only suggestion we have is to put a rubber mat outside of the spa to walk on because that gets slippery when wet. We solved the problem with beach towels and those did work.Props to the heater for the spa! Definitely worth getting this!!!

The absolute perfect property. Everything was the best. From the super clean pool to the huge easy kitchen to the large well appointed bedrooms to the attached bathrooms to the huge living room where we hung out every nite to the washer dryer etc etc. large rooms equipped with everything. Location was the best very close to beach and to the shops. I can’t find find one negative to say. The host company was responsive when we called and asked if they had a board for one of the beds. So many towels and linen was high quality. I would ask for two extrasA chair in master bedroom and a bench on front porch. Maybe a couple more chairs around the greatest poolTy for a great week

Family Christmas trip

Very comfortable and spacious home, well stocked kitchen and lovely large table for a big family! Bedrooms had lots of comfy blankets! Easy access to beach and shops at Coligny shops.

The only down side to this property is that the elevator is too small for anything over a small wheel chair. It’s very close to the beach. It has ample and well furnished rooms. And the staff let me know in advance of any shortcomings to the stay before I arrived.

Annual Family Getaway

This was our 1st family vacation and this home was perfect for our large group. There was enough space for us all that we never felt like we were on crowded on top of each other. The location was perfect, the amenities were in abundance and the atmosphere was ideal for us city folks looking for some wind down time. This home is clean, perfectly located and would recommend to any large family, group visiting the area.

Family Vacation

We had 16 people ranging in ages from 5 to 77. Everything was so great! The house was spotless, there was plenty of seating for everyone, plenty of room for all of us to spread out, and the beach was just a short walk away! The house was perfect for my whole family.

Perfect house for group of 16

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation in this N. Forest Beach house! We had 3 couples and their young adult kids, and never felt like we were on top of each other. Beautiful large kitchen and living space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice and clean with new finishings. The screened in porch was our favorite spot! Great use of the space in the yard - nice pool, putting green, corn hole, several seating areas, two TV’s…we used it all! It was a very short walk to the beach, and took about 10 mins to walk to the Coligny Beach shops & restaurants, which we did several times. Great house! We can’t wait to go back.

Outstanding facility

Great property, great layout, outstanding location. We loved the house and there really aren’t any complaints at all, would highly recommend. Something to note: There is an elevator on the property that needs a specific safety concern addressed. On the ground floor there is a large square hole in the wall at the base of the elevator that a child or pet could easily crawl into and be crushed by the descending elevator. I watched it operate several times and it is certainly a safety concern that should be looked at ASAP. This isn’t a complaint so much we an observation for the ownership.

While I believe this house deserves a 5 star rating because it's a great house in a perfect location, there could be some improvements in communication in many aspects. For example, there was active remodeling construction at the house next door and no one ever informed us of this. Overall a fantastic house though that I would rent again.
