Cette maison extravagante de 6 chambres à coucher 7. 5 salle de bains est nouvellement construit (juste construit en 2016) avec des vues incroyables sur l'océan, plan d'étage à aire ouverte, et le décor et les appareils haut de la ligne. Cette maison est parfaite pour les familles avec des enfants ou des groupes car elle dispose d'une salle de médias au troisième étage avec des jeux et des téléviseurs privés pour chaque lit et est sûr de garder tout le monde divertir. Cette propriété a également accès à une plus grande piscine communautaire située à quelques pas.

The house is in a great location; however we had several issues that were never properly addressed - broken refrigerator door, bugs in kitchen, lack of hot water in some sinks, broken sink stopper.

Spectacular Beach Front ome

This home is located right on a beautiful stretch of beach in Hilton Head. The home is immaculate and well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, etc. The property managers are responsive and easy to get in touch with if needed. We have been staying here annually for 9 years and plan to keep returning as long as we can!! I highly recommend this location.

The Perfect Place

The house was perfect for our crew! We loved being right on the beach! All of the bedrooms had their own bathroom which was wonderful! Highly recommend this house!

Great location!

The views from this house are amazing and the windows take advantage of the beautiful beach! The house was designed for multiple families, with a private bath for each bedroom. Much appreciated privacy for all. My only suggestion would be to replace the cushions on the dining room chairs. They have seen better days.

Very nice place

We arrived and the first impression is that it is a really great house. It was right it is a really great house. There was a few problems but they were quickly addressed by the rental agency. Love the garage being so deep that it could accommodate all of the cars we had. The one issue was the third floor bedroom facing the marsh. The window in the bathroom could use a window treatment or something on the glass for privacy. Other than that its a fantastic house for a large group.

Also love that there are 3 king suites oceanfront.We had some maintenance issues with the pool, however the property management was very professional in their handling of it. I do think the propane tanks should have been filled/checked before our arrival though as we did ask for pool heat. All in all though, the management company was very responsive and our group very satisfied. Thanks for another great stay!

Couple of chilly days. Everyone bedroom was very large and the beds were comfortable. The space was more than enough for 13 people and should be large for 18 if needed. The only concern of ours would be the fridge. Didn't seem to hold a great temp and the freezer was not the greatest, other than that the place was great and we are already talking about coming back in 2 years, maybe during the warmer months though. We used the pass offered for 2 excursions and had a great time. Thanks again!1

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental house with a perfect location. This house was perfect for our beach trip with 15 people. All the amenities that you would need and in a great location. Only complaint is that on the morning of check-out (which is 10am) the cleaning staff started knocking on the door at 8am to start cleaning. I completely understand that they need to get these houses flipped for the next family coming in so it was not a huge deal but we felt pressured to get out quickly when we thought we had some more time. They were not at all rude or pushy but waited in the driveway until we left. We will definitely be back and rent with Vacation Homes of Hilton Head again. This was our 5th year renting with this company and they are always a pleasure to deal with and accommodating.

September 2020 Stay

21 Singleton Place is a beautiful property. There are a few things that need attention. We were asked not to leave a negative review. However, I believe in this price point there should be full transparency from previous guest for future guests considerations. This is a luxury property however things advertised in pictures were not present doing our stay ( TV's in each bunk bed). The elevator was inoperable our entire stay. We were not made aware of this prior to check-in. One if the king size bed broke completely. We contacted the advertised number for after hours emergencies (no response until next morning at 8:46am). They did send someone to repair the bed the next morning. The company wasn't a bit concerned that a couple had to sleep on the couch. We had to ask to be compensated for our inconveniences. The compensation was insufficient. This is a luxury property however customer service is far from luxury

Dream Home to bring our New Marine to for a perfect reprieve!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is exquisite! The ocean view was to die for with 3 bedrooms with an Ocean View. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom and we stepped out of our bedroom to the most awesome view ever(we felt like we had an Ocean View so that makes 4 with an ocean view). The beach is right there and the sand is like velvet. It was immaculate with lots of beautiful touches. The beds, every one, was exceptionally comfortable. It was perfect!! My Grandson graduated from Parris Island as a new Marine. This was an intense 13 week grueling training and culminated with proclaiming him, officially, a US Marine. We wanted to provide a beautiful, peaceful, love filled place for him to whined down and to listen to the stories of his Parris Island experience, before we brought him home for a 10 day leave.. This home was perfect. There were 18 of us and yet always a place to go if someone wanted solitude. Each bedroom had its own beautiful bathroom. We heated the pool just in case the kids wanted to swim. The pool is 12 by 12 so it's small but perfect for us. The kids and even a couple of adults spent a lot of time in the pool. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The garage will absolutely hold 4 SUV's and 2 parking places outside. The elevator was great for getting luggage up the stairs. You have to follow the directions carefully and it is easy to get locked in!! Do not let children in elevator unattended. We kept it in the garage with the door open so kids could not get access. The house, the view, the beds, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the garage, the pool, the beach the accommodations were all just fantastic!! I just can not say enough about this home!! Thank You for making our stay so memorable!! Out of 10 I give it a 20!!!

This is an amazing home. Brought my family and they loved it. We have stayed in 3 different homes in this community. Love the community and 21 Singleton is an awesome home. Also Andi with the property management group is the best in the business. Highly recommend the property and the property management group.

DH & KK Review

Really nice home, very comfortable. Very well appointed, very well laid out, nice and spacious and high quality all around. The pool was terrific for our grand kids and the front patio space surrounding it is really nice. Our hosting rental company took good care of us. This location is great - very close to food shopping and more. And the beach here is wide and beautiful. All-in-all a really special place and a great stay.

Wonderful Family Birthday Celebration

We had a wonderful stay. The house felt like it was designed for our family. We had a family with the youngest and most lively group on the top floor. The next floor was for those who were a bit quieter and the main floor bedroom with the greatest privacy. We had one problem with the coffee maker not having a pot but that was replaced very quickly. The other minor things, a leaky freezer related to the ice maker and some falling paint, that we reported did not influence our stay and we were told they would be addressed after our stay. We found the entire process very smooth.

Annual Family Vacation

Our family of 12 enjoys being under one roof. This house was perfect with plenty of room for gathering together and bedrooms with baths for all to have their privacy. The close walk to beach and view of the ocean from the kitchen and living area created a peaceful view.
