The top level has three more bedrooms, including a king suite with a game room. Outdoors, enjoy a large pool, seating, dining, a grill, and a 60-inch TV. The home also includes a two-car garage and additional parking for 5-6 cars. Singleton Beach is a private community with Charlestonian-style homes, a private beach, community pool, and nearby park. It's located between Palmetto Dunes and Marriott Surfwatch Resort, close to Hilton Head and Bluffton's best dining and attractions.

This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made.
DOG FRIENDLY: Pet fees are not included in your VRBO total and will be added by Vacation Homes of Hilton Head after your online reservation has been made. This property has a one (1) dog maximum and a weight restriction of 50 pounds maximum. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 3rd pet for an additional fee.
