Just off North Forest Beach Drive sits 40 North Forest Beach. This 4th-row ocean home is a 7-bedroom, custom-built vacation home (with ELEVATOR) for the entire family. Greeting you as you drive in; a double staircase will be on the front entryway of the home where there is plenty of parking for family and friends as you kick off your vacation in the perfect setting. The beach access is 176 yards (at the end of Ibis Street),
As guests enter, the foyer includes a staircase where the main bedrooms are located. The laundry room off to the right leads into the first bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi-style bathtub. Through the doorway is the first bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and plush chair. The second bedroom, located off the kitchen, is also equipped with a king-size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Five additional rooms on the second floor make for the perfect space for each guest. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The following guest room includes a queen-sized bed and a full ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms, complete with 2 double beds, are accompanied by a shared bathroom, with access from each room. The last guest room has two Twin bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom.
The kitchen, located on the main floor, is the heart of the home. Fully furnished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island suitable for four, the kitchen’s open floor plan overlooks the dining area and the living room – perfect for guests to cook and host simultaneously!
