Vue sur l'océan de l'entrée. Chaque chambre a ses propres fans de télévision par câble et plafond. Séjour a 52 pouces LCD HDTV. DVD. Internet haut débit. Comprend. La chambre principale et salle de séjour à pied avec vue sur la baie privée balcon avec vue et couchers de soleil. l'accès à la piscine extérieure privée et de la jetée de pêche. Le bâtiment dispose d'une rampe d'ascenseur et en fauteuil roulant. 2 places de parking seront inclus. Ce condo est le 10 e, et vous ne pouvez pas battre l'emplacement au centre-ville Ocean City Maryland. Situé à 2 pâtés de maisons de la célèbre promenade Ocean City et de la plage et d'autres attractions du centre ville !! Nous sommes également à distance de marche de nombreux magasins et restaurants. This was a beautiful property. Very clean when we checked in . Only issue was there were no carts for our luggage so we made multiple trips to the unit. Once we got settled in it was smooth sailing. Would definitely stay again!!

The property was very clean and exactly as listed. Beautiful view of the bay . Quiet and peaceful. Great location. Walkiing distance to boardwalk, restaurants and other attractions. Would highly recommend.

The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly as the toilets were dirty and the floors were dirty. It would have been nice to have a cart that we could put our stuff on to bring to and from the spartment. The view of the bay was beautiful and the location was good to get to the beach.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable condo. We were told the condo was clean and we could check in early, but when we arrived it was not clean (we arrived an hour early), so called Larry to tell him and let him know fire alarm was going off, and went to the boardwalk for an hour. It was clean when we came back, but fire alarm was still going (they left us batteries). Other than that It was an amazing place to stay. Beautiful view!!!

Our recent stay was more than we expected. The photos do not do this place justice. The size of the condo was much larger than the photos looked. The views and sunsets are stunning. My family had a great time with the location in the middle of everything we did not have to drive anywhere.

My family used to come to this particular complex for vacation every year when I was a child, so we were excited to come back 10 years later! Our stay was perfect and our host was kind and communicative. Check in was easy. Nothing beats the views from this place! We can’t wait to return next year!

Beautiful Bayfront condo

We came to OC for my 70th BD and found this lovely VRBO in the same building my parents used to own in 50 years ago! Such a walk down memory lane! The condo was clean and has an amazing view of the Bay. It's a short 4 blocks to the boardwalk and all the old "haunts". Great time! Thanks for letting us stay here!

Boardwalk Rock Festival

The Condo was exactly as described super clean and close to downtown and the beach. Larry made everything super clear and the entire process was seamless. The deck is like another room with an amazing view.

Awesome Condo, so much space

Group of 4 girlfriends stayed at this condo in Sept 2024. We were attending a wine festival and only stayed a couple of nights but are already making plans to return for a week. The condo is so beautiful, it is a very large space. The deck overlooking the bay was one of the highlights of our vacation, we sat out in the evenings having wine and enjoying the sunset. The beds were all very comfortable. We didnt use the kitchen but it was well equiped for cooking needs. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. Its walking distance of the board walk and restaurants. Once we parked the car we didnt have to use it. Its about a 20 minute walk from the condo to the inlet intersection on Rt. 50. We didnt use the pool as it was after labor day. The building itself was very clean. We also didnt use any of the beach equipment. We all had so much space and didnt feel crowded. Mornings and evenings sitting on the deck was the highlight. It was also great having a TV in each bedroom.

This property was great and the walking distance location to boardwalk, beach and shops was excellent. It was quiet and relaxing on the bay and had a wonderful bay view. Condo was larger than I expected .

Wonderful stay!

This condo was everything described and more! My husband and I, our two children, and my parents stayed here last week and there was PLENTY of room for all of us. The condo was clean and spacious, and the sunset views off the huge balcony were breathtaking. I could happily have spent our entire vacation on that balcony! Communication was super easy as were check in and check out. We’ll be back next year for sure!

Ocean City Getaway

Great weekend getaway in Ocean City! Larry’s condo is right on the bay on the top floor with a beautiful balcony and unbelievable views of the bay and the mainland. The condo is clean with more than enough room to accommodate the 10 people in our party. there is a large kitchen with Appliances and kitchen where that you would need. Large living room with a big screen TV and a fireplace all bedrooms with a television inside to allow privacy for anyone in the party. Great artwork decorated the walls. Short walk to the Ocean City Boardwalk and everything that that has to offer. Overall, a great stay would definitely rent again.

Lovely bayside retreat

Penthouse unit, so the view of the bay is first rate. Spent a lot of time on the spacious deck. The unit is well firnished with lots of beds, the bathrooms are well maintained and the master has both tub amd shower. The kitchen is large enough to have two people working without running into each other. Bring your own linens and towels, but thats mostly normal. I did see something about renting linens but i didnt understand how. We live close enough that packing them wasn't a big deal. On 10th street so lots that is easy to get to. Plenty of beach, restaurants, and shops nearby. Easy parking as well, so no worries if you have to head out to something further. Very much enjoyed it. Only downside was the elevator was a bit slow and definitely kept the summer heat. The unit at 102 (4 levels below) was for sale and if i was in a better place, i woupd have made an offer.

Beautiful weekend bacay

This place is spacious and in a great location. Larry was great to work with. The only thing I would suggest is some kitchen towels and a keurig maker. Other than that it was perfect.
