This amazing 2 BR 2 BA unit is ready to make this the most relaxing vacation you have had in Ocean City! Imagine waking up, grabbing your cup of coffee and relaxing as you watch the boats heading out for their fishing trips. In the afternoon, you may want to take the short walk to the beach or even better relax in the pool where you will enjoy food and bar service! As evening approaches, you will have numerous restaurants to choose from including Coastal Salt, Phillips, Fish Tales and Barn 34. After dinner, you will be your kids hero as it is just a short 5 block walk to the Ocean City's world-famous boardwalk and a short drive to putt-putt golf, go carts, paintball and Jolly Roger Amusement Park! The adults will enjoy many nearby bars/entertainment options. Whatever you do though, be sure to enjoy some of the best sunsets you will ever see and all from the comfort of your balcony!!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* The condo comes with 2 parking spots.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Harbor Island is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Easy access to the beach and boardwalk.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 14th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

The property was immaculate. The furnishings and the layout were great. We had front row water views and saw dolphins and other marine life. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay again.

Super clean, spacious unit in a great location with large balcony and beautiful view of the bay. Close to boardwalk and walking distance to CVS. The unit is stocked with lots of things, including hair dryer, games, plenty of kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment. Two parking spaces is nice. Comfortable beds and pull out bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay again. Pool is a plus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another great time had by all 6th yr visiting with are granddaughters that are now 3 and 6 yrs old. The condo is amazing with the great view of the bay, the pool was nice and warm unfortunantly the ocean polluted with jelly fish so nobody was getting in but the girls loved playing in the sand. the 6yr old did the ropes at the mini golf up the street and loved it. both girls said they wanted to stay and live in Harbor Island they were very sad when it was time to go home!

Meeting family in Ocean City MD

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival found parking space easily and access to a luggage cart was appreciated. The code worked quickly thru out the stay. The unit was super clean, furnished comfortably including the beds. Well stocked with spices, garbage bags and some paper products. With directions provided, running the tv was easy. The view was wonderful, great sunsets and lots of fishing boats to watch. Will stay bayside from now on! Lots of room for 4 people. Reel Inn onsite was good and a quick walk. 15 min walk to the boardwalk. Our building's assigned pool was nice located next to the Reel Inn. The rental agency provided a linen service for sheets and towels, but you have to make your own beds\strip same. Check out reasonable, no office visits a plus. Really a fantastic rental, will go back!

We had an amazing time, the location was easy to get to, conveniently close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Beautiful and comfortable condo, with amazing views of the Bay. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and Quiet Stay with Amazing Views

We enjoyed the property and the views. The property was clean and well stocked. The only concern was that the location VRBO had on the map prior to booking was a bit off - its about 2 blocks further from the beach that noted on the map.

This property was amazing…location, views, comfort, just everything! We were there for OC Jeep Fest and it was a great location between the convention center and the inlet. Sitting on the balcony felt like we were on the balcony of a cruise ship. The evening was spent relaxing and putting the puzzles together that the owners had there. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again.

Loved the Balcony

The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how clean the place was. The second thing was the balcony. It was spacious and the sunset was absolutely beautiful. It felt homey and comfortable. We had a lovely time staying there.

Best view ever!

First off location was great , easy to find . It was the cleanest shore house we've ever stayed in. Loved how much room there was with the open concept. Especially if you have toddlers and babies. But by far the best part was the balcony and the view of the bay. Looking forward to our return next year!

Fantastic!!!

Our stay was fantastic. The unit was beautiful, love the decor. The view was fabulous, so relaxing. The unit had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed the pool, with service from the Reel Inn was nice. The beach and boardwalk was close by. We really enjoyed our stay, hope to stay again next year. Thank you so much...!!!
