This stunning 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom new construction home is the perfect place for a relaxing beach retreat. Set in an ideal location with close beach access, you will be steps away from all the fun activities Folly Beach has to offer. With stunning ocean views from the double front porches, chef's kitchen and deluxe private pool and spa, this well-appointed house is sure to impress. Book today for unforgettable vacation memories!

Upon entering this open-concept home, you will immediately notice the luxurious coastal feel with upscale furnishings and v-groove ceiling. The main floor includes a generously stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, spacious island and a large dining table for guests to gather. A comfortable living/entertainment area with plenty of seating, custom built-ins and large screen TV is adjacent to the kitchen. The powder room, drop-zone and laundry room with sink and secondary refrigerator are also located on the main floor.

All 4 spacious bedrooms feature private bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and has a KING bed. Two additional bedrooms with KING beds in each are located upstairs. In addition, a 4th bedroom upstairs includes 2 sets of bunk beds (TWIN-over-FULL mattresses on each). Also located upstairs is a versatile loft with a wet bar that can serve as a separate TV room or a private getaway space for guests.

The outdoor living spaces are a highlight of this home. Double front porches offer ample seating to enjoy the ocean views. A large screened-in rear porch provides a serene space to unwind. The screened-in porch overlooks the fully fenced-in backyard with a pool and spa, gas grill, lounge chairs and outdoor dining area. Pool and/or spa can be heated for additional fees. Also, you can use the outdoor shower after a day at the beach or play a game of ping pong in the garage.

Other upgraded amenities include an elevator and an EV charging outlet. The EV charging outlet can be added for a $50 charge per stay – note that no charging accessories are provided. Elevator is not for guest use.

The nearest beach access is a short walk to either the 4th or 5th St. West entrances. Downtown Folly Beach is also only a short walk (about 0.6 miles). The unique downtown area of Folly Beach has beach shops, markets (select days of week), live music and many local restaurants. Wave Watch playground is steps away for the little ones. Other Folly highlights include the Fishing Pier, Folly Beach County Park, Folly River Park, Morris Island Lighthouse and Pirate's Cove Playground & Skate Park with adjacent tennis, pickleball and basketball courts.

Downtown Charleston is also only a 20–25-minute drive and offers world-class dining, historical tours, museums, boutiques, harbor walks along the water, the aquarium and much more.

Parking for up to a total of 4 vehicles in driveway and garage. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. A Luxury Golf Cart will be at the property and available to rent for an additional fee from Starfire Rentals.

Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Home is non-smoking. Home is not pet-friendly. No parties/events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home (10 people), regardless of sleeping or visiting. Guests are expected to abide by the rules and noise ordinance enforced by the City of Folly Beach. Surveillance devices are present on the Property for security purposes. These devices are not actively recording the Property at all times. One camera is located on the front door of the house aimed towards the front porch, a second camera is located in the garage and third camera is located at the back of the house aimed towards the pool.

Carolina Squared is managed by a property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. A starter supply of toiletries, linens and towels will be provided. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
