Guests initially enter Wakita Wave by entering the garage and walking up the interior staircase. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock at the top of these stairs, you will enter the first floor hallway. On this first floor of the home, you will find four bedrooms, three bathrooms and access points to the front porch and back deck (including pool). On the second floor of the home, you will find two guest bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room (with two full sized washing machines and two dryers) and access points to the front porch and back deck (including picnic table, swing and rocking chairs). The third floor of the home features a billiard room with a pool table and access to the incredible roof deck.
