PET-FRIENDLY, fully renovated in SPRING 2022, plus private pool, abundance of poolside places to lounge and phenomenal Folly Beach location just a block from the beach, combine to make this incredible home the perfect beach getaway for families and friends. The expansive lowcountry style porch lined with rocking chairs beckons for afternoons spent with tall glasses of iced tea. Enter into the bright, light-filled main floor living space with bohemian-chic decor where you'll discover abundant, comfortable furnishings and plenty of room to gather and relax. The spacious combined living, dining and kitchen includes a fully appointed, contemporary kitchen with gas stove, farmhouse sink and walls of windows. From here, you can open the oversized pass-through window onto the cozy screened porch which transform this sunny spot into a true indoor-outdoor oasis. Additionally on the main floor, you will find one of homes two primary suites, with KING BED and recently renovated ensuite bath with oversized walk-in shower.

On the second level, you'll find another primary suite appointed with KING bed, with updated, spa-like ensuite bath and step in shower. The second floor includes 2 additional guest bedrooms, one with a KING bed that steps out to a second story porch, and one with a QUEEN bed, each with a flat screen TV and adjacent to the nearby, chic and updated hall bath. The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located on the 2nd floor as well. Start your morning at Upper West Tide, by practicing yoga or meditation in the tranquil yoga area created on the upstairs porch.

Head up to the third floor, where you'll find spacious accommodations that make the ideal spot for the kids to gather, or private space for families traveling together. The 3rd floor loft space features an expansive bedroom/lounge area that includes a QUEEN bed and a TWIN daybed, a game table, Tulum-inspired swing chair, flatscreen SMART TV plus a separate bedroom appointed with a QUEEN bed. Additionally on this level, you'll find a recently renovated full bathroom, highlighted by a walk-in shower with high-end fixtures and rain shower head.

There is simply nothing like a beach getaway to Upper West Tide and quality time enjoyed amid a breathtaking Folly Beach beach backdrop. Spend your days around your own private pool, tucked among the palm trees with modern, comfortable loungers and even a double lounger with canopy, or spend nights under the stars in the HOT TUB located off the pool area. And, when days on the beach beckon, you're just a short walk away.

Upper West Tide includes a gas grill and ample parking.

Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

With each stay you'll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines.

Minimum rental age is 25.
