Every home in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the Town of Folly Beach. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and any fines incurred will be assessed directly to the guests. Follypalooza is a NO PETS, NO SMOKING property. No exceptions.

Follypalooza takes luxurious outdoor living and family fun to a whole new level, with the May 2023 NEW addition of an expansive outdoor deck, private pool (heated or cooled upon request), 7-seat hot tub for relaxing and listening to ocean waves under the stars, all perfectly designed to capture those ocean views. You will appreciate the thoughtful details that went into the pool design starting with the pool's size of 16' x 26' and 3' to 5' deep, with a shallow play area for the littlest ones in your group and a bench seat the full length of the pool. plus a generously-sized deck area and an abundance of space for lounging around the pool. There is a rinse off shower located adjacent to the pool making for an easy transition straight from the beach. Plus, you can experience the treat that comes with a shower filled with fresh-air, sunshine and privacy in the separate, outdoor shower with a dressing room and lighting located on the side of the house.

That's exactly what you'll experience the minute you walk through the door at Follypalooza. Located directly across the street from the beach access and four blocks from all the fun of Center Street, this stunning four-bedroom home with luxurious, spacious interiors, delivers ocean views from two floors, as well as its unbeatable Folly Beach location.

Follypalooza has been professionally designed with show-stopping interiors and every detail carefully curated for “home away from home” comfort. You'll appreciate the updated bathrooms with a modern spa-like feel, an all-new kitchen, fresh floors and paint, an outdoor shower, and a fenced and landscaped backyard. In this classic, coastal “reverse floor plan,” the ground floor features three bedrooms, one of which is the primary suite appointed with a KING bed and chic, ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are appointed with a QUEEN Bed and a pair of TWIN beds and these two rooms share a Jack & Jill style bath.

Designed to allow for the living spaces to capture the ocean views from the upper floors, on the second floor you'll find the open and welcoming living room with an abundance of comfortable furnishings offering the perfect combination of luxury and laid-back hospitality. This level includes the living, kitchen, and dining spaces, plus another covered porch – and all boast ocean views! Additionally, there is a full bathroom for added convenience. In the stunning, well-stocked kitchen you'll find everything you need to create memorable meals with updated cabinets, quartz countertops, a coffee bar with a second sink and beverage fridge, and new stainless-steel appliances. The dining table seats eight adults comfortably and the island seats three. Benches allow for little ones to squeeze in too. The porch, with delightful breezes and ocean views, offers the ideal spot for al fresco dining and new sectional seating makes this cozy spot a wonderful place to curl up with morning coffee or enjoy drinks before dinner.

The third floor includes another guest bedroom sporting a pair of QUEEN beds with an ensuite bath, and a second living room bathed in sunlight from the skylights above and showcasing a wall of windows that frame the views. With a nod to Hollywood, this room is a great spot for tv, movies, sporting events, foosball, board games, and puzzles. The kids will love playing with the provided games that include the foosball table, corn hole, and bocce ball. Head down to the water for a leisurely walk, then rinse the sand off your feet with the outdoor shower. This newly renovated home is also two blocks from the legendary Bert's Market, the island's beloved grocery store, as well as a children's park, tennis, and basketball courts. A commercial washer/dryer is provided.

Located on a quiet, beachfront street away from the crowds just 4 blocks from town and the iconic Folly Beach Pier. You'll love the proximity to Folly Beach's popular restaurants and nightlife, including Taco Boy, Rita's Seaside Grille, Snapper Jacks, Coconut Joe's and Pier 101 located right on the newly re-built pier. All this, plus high-end furnishings, magazine quality interiors, private pool & hot tub, a 3-minute walk to the beach, and only a 20-minute drive into the heart of historic downtown Charleston, Follypalooza delivers the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable vacation at the beach.

Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you'll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines.

Minimum rental age is 25.
