Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay.There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 car garage (not accessible December 2024 and part of January), 2 seperate living rooms, dining room, Breakfast bar and outside patio where guests can smoke. The backyard overlooks a pond and is fenced on 3 sides. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Excellent All Around

First, Michelle is a tremendously accommodating host. She was very responsive and helped us when we needed anything. If you’re traveling with a family, this is the place to stay. It’s central to shopping, grocery stores, short drive to the water and surrounded by amazing restaurants to choose from .

Great location

4 girlfriends who traveled from Midwest for yearly NASCAR trip. First time to Daytona area. This is a fabulous location the house was perfect. The only thing I would suggest to owner is I did not like walking on the floors and my feet or socks got dirty. Scrubbing the floors and not just wet mopping is needed. Everything else else was great.

Large family trip to support our college cheerleader at the national cheer competition in Daytona

This house was great! Plenty of square footage for our large family to spread out. Great backyard with a beautiful view. The host is super easy to work with and quick to respond to any communication. I would definitely recommend this listing and book with them again!!

GREAT LOCATION! GREAT HOSPITALITY!

We travel a lot for business and this home was perfect for us! It was very clean and spacious! Michelle is an awesome host! She contacted me to be sure check in went well and asked if I needed anything. She was very responsive, courteous & professional! I will be back!

Michelle was really good at responding to messages. Prompt, professional, and helpful. The size of the property was excellent. I can not express how great the location was to shopping, dining, and grocery store. We had tournaments in New Smyrna but went to Daytona for activities for the kids. It was right in the middle of where we needed to be and where we wanted to go. The back yard was great. Then TV outdoors was really nice to have too.The only complaint I would make is we did see a few bugs.

Love the space and area

Love the neighborhood/location. Love the size and layout of the home and yard. Everything was close. Property was outdated and there were a couple of things that could be improved. Would I stay again? Yes probably because the space/yard was really nice. The improvements that were needed was something we were able to remedy by making a visit to a store and grabbing a couple things that were inexpensive. I was going to a store anyway for food so it wasn’t out of the way. Hostess was wonderful! I had to change dates, a couple other things and she was so helpful and understanding. We may stay next year if needed..hopefully when we know our plans it’ll still be available.

Great Location and Spacious

Michelle was very prompt and courteous answering any questions and was extremely easy to get in touch with. The house was extremely spacious and offered everything we needed. We were visiting Daytona Beach for Jeep Week and the location is close to shops, dining and beaches. We would definitely stay here again when traveling to the area.

Weekend at the Races.

Good Morning; My husband and his Family from Louisiana stayed and went to the races at the speedway. Everyone was comfortable but he did want me to point out to you that there were a lot of German Roaches throughout the house and a wasp nest at the from door. He said a bigger garbage can in the kitchen would have been nice.

Beautiful Home!

Everything about this place was wonderful! It was well furnished, clean, beautiful location in great neighborhood and was the perfect place for us to stay to watch our grandson graduate high school. Will definitely stay here again when in Daytona.
