Would strongly considering staying at her residence again! Unfortunately, we couldnât use the pool due to the weather and our busy schedule, but the property has great amenities. There were a few issues, but nothing worth mentioning.
Stayed here for a week with my husband and two sons. The house was comfortable and had great space for everyone to hang out. A few days of 90 temps allowed for the kids to get in some pool time. Jessica was communicative of anything going on we needed to know, and quick to respond.
Jessicaâs place was the best one weâve stayed at in Tucson. The listing was accurate and the house was great! Jessica was very quick to respond and responsive to a few little fixes that we recommended. We will definitely stay again.
We were in town for a soccer tournament and this house was a great getaway. We loved the yard with pool and putt putt golf. Well appointed and the host was responsive and went theextra mile. We would stay here again!
The house has been updated and is nicely decorated with open spaces for hanging out or working remotely. There 2 desks with monitors which was fantastic.
The host was extremely accommodating, responsive and even dropped a nice gift off for the holiday season.
The beds are great and the neighborhood is pretty quite as well
The backyard has a lot of options and could be a great hangout place with a bit of sprucing up.
Overall this is a great value and I recommend it.
Stayed four days with wife, daughter and her three young children (4, 6 & 8). Weâve been to Tucson visiting relatives many times over the years, but usually stayed in motels. With the grandkids, wanted a house on the east side to be near family and many sites we knew of (Sabino Canyon, Saguaro Natl Park Eastside, Douglass Springs nature trails at the east end of Speedway, etc. - and donât miss B&J Cactus Farm!). Jessicaâs home was wonderful. Modern kitchen, comfortable beds, all appliances we needed. Enjoyed the pool despite the cold (mid March in Tucson, yes), the fire pit (Jessica brought us Smores supplies), and the humongous TV in the living room. No probs with AC, laundry, or plumbing. Neighborhood quiet and walkable. Communication with Jessica was pleasant and efficient. All told, one of our best vacation rentals (first in Tucson, but lots in San Diego, Naples, and elsewhere around the country). Five stars all around!
We were sent a code for the door and the keypad did not work. I checked my latest email (within an hour of check in) to find that there was a key under the doormat. Initially, we found the inside to be clean however within an hour, we found that the housekeepers didn't put away several pieces of their cleaning rags. The windows were nasty, as were the tracks on the sliding glass doors. I started to make coffee in the morning only to find that there was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker. I decided to do a load of clothes only to find dirty sheets in the washing machine. The dishwasher had dishes in it. I could not tell if they were clean or not so they got rewashed. There were a few other things that were nasty. On the other hand, the house was cutely decorated for Christmas. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet.
First off, Jessica was an impeccable host! She was communicative 100% of the time and had all the answers we needed. This is was a last minute trip and we drove from CA ending up arriving quite late. Jessica was understanding and even left some lights on for us.
The space was great; it has all the things youâd want to do light cooking, eating and serving. Even a stocked coffee bar with a keurig equivalent maker. (There are so many homes that donât have one believe it or not!)
There were only a few disappointments, though mostly due to the weather- so no fault of the home. When we arrived the pool was pretty dirty, Iâm assuming because of the very high windsâ the wind broke some tree branches and swept everything around the yard, upwards of 30mph! So, the pool wasnât really in a state we could use without putting work into it LOL. The only other negative were the amount of âmayfliesâ at the doorways I front and back. These bugs are harmless, but theyâre big and annoying to deal with. We were constantly finding them inside whenever we opened the door to the front and backyard. Iâd recommend they get something outside that could keep them away (special light or zapper?) This didnât ruin our time, but was simply an annoyance during the trip.
Other than that, we found a lot of fun in this space and would def stay again, as well as recommend to family and friends. ;-) ABSOLUTE TREASURE
I was born and raised in Tucson. I started as a cleaner over three years. Little by little I got asked to do extra task which is how I became a Co-Host and now a Host. Iâm new to hosting. Since the first time I interacted with the guest I knew I wanted to be more involved in the process.. I love hearing where they are from and reading the comments left about their stay.
This neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Itâs in the middle of the city hidden by desert surroundings. There are beautiful butterflies and birds to Enjoy in the morning times.
The house has so much to offer a huge kitchen to prepare meals. Big screen tv with streaming. Workout equipment and work station. Fire place to cozy up to inside. Fire pit outside to gather around . Putting green and a sparkling pool to cool off in during the summer days.
