Take everyone hiking in the warmer months or sledding when it's colder. With so many trails to traverse and scenic parks to explore, you'll never run out of fun outdoor activities to try. While secluded, this home is only a short drive from several popular attractions including the charming mountain town of Alma, the South Park City Museum, the Quandary Peak Trailhead for spectacular hikes, and Carter Park and Pavilion with its year-round facilities and amenities.

Inside, discover a sunlit living area capped by a peaked ceiling of knotty wood, a wall of windows welcoming in pine forest, aspens, and mountain views, and plenty of comforts and primo amenities from top-to-bottom. The well-equipped, full kitchen comes with a wide array of stainless steel appliances, accessories, and utensils to make meal prep a snap. The inclusion of a gas grill outside lets you spice up your home-cooked menu in warm weather. Dine alfresco on the deck or gather around the table indoors located by the stone fireplace. After meals, relax in the main living area and stream all your favorite channels, enjoy a soothing soak outdoors in your private hot tub, or head downstairs to the bunk room to play some foosball.

This home also offers a private washer/dryer, a selection of books for lazy afternoons, and board games for fun evenings in.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
