Really enjoyed our visit at this property. The location is very close to a trailhead that we hiked up to a couple times and is connected to an extensive trail network.
Our stay was amazing! This home is so adorable and exactly what we needed for a quick road trip to relax. It was absolutely incredible and the owners were on point with communication and all the details. Thank you!
We had an absolute blast! However due to the weather we did have to cut the trip short but the team was awesome to work with in making sure everything was squared away prior to our early departure. We have already talked about going back in the summer to enjoy the property differently than we did this time!
Loved our stay at the cabin! Space heaters and stove provide plenty of heat. Stairs are tricky but thereâs a good handrail. Used the laundry multiple times and really appreciated all of the dishes and utensils available in the kitchen. Loved it and was a great value. Things were neat and tidy and thoughtfully folded and bonus: the microwave doesnât beep repeatedly when itâs done! Awesome place.
The kids loved the layout of the house with the loft bed area. The living room was cozy, especially with the wood burning stove. I am familiar with those but if youâre not it might be nice to have some brief instructions available.
It was a little cold in the loft but it was 0 degrees when we were there which is unusual.
All the amenities of home in a quaint setting!
There are some games there if you want to keep your kids off of their screens đ
It was exactly what we wanted for our elopement! Close to town but felt far away. Creek right in the backyard with bench was perfect for morning coffee. Bed was comfy. Heater on front patio and the fire pit were great! We loved it and will be back! Thank you for letting us stay!
Very cute, nice, modern, comfortable and clean. Great location. Beautiful mountain views. Easy check-in and out. Well stocked kitchen. We did both agree that the steps to the loft are awkward and didnât feel like we could walk up the steps while carrying something at the same time. We did a lot of hiking on the cross county trails up the mountain from the house.
My girlfriend and I decided to celebrate our anniversary here. It was beautifully scenic and very quiet. A very nice place to relax and slow down. I decided to propose here because of the romanticism in the aesthetic. Wonderful choice.
Good location for exploring. Tiny place. Could do without doing chores on arrival
This property was able to accommodate my friends easily and the nature outside the property was great. But, on arrival, sheets were still in the washer (still wet) and dryer and dishwasher was still full on dirty dishes and wash cycle was not even started so they all stank. Needless to say, it wasnât the best feeling to do chores when first arriving to a vacation home. Besides that, it was easy getting to and from the house while we explored the nearby areas.
Fantastic place with everything we could ask for. Had a blast!
We had a wonderful time! Tons of extra blankets, the fireplace kept the whole building warm, the outdoor fire pit was very nice and all around a pleasant experience!
My daughter and I wanted a spring getaway from Denver and this cabin was perfect. All the amenities in such a cozy space! We had April snow when we were there so spent some of our time time watching Netflix and reading by the wood stove. The loft and beds were SO comfortable, the shower was hot, the kitchen had everything we needed. The stairs up to the loft were steep but fine for us. Breckenridge was really close and we enjoyed eating, shopping, seeing the troll, doing some winter hiking, while also having tons of privacy and quiet. We wish we could have used the patio and explored the brook out back. Maybe another time!
We had a great time. The area was quiet and private, but it was only a very short walk to the shuttle to downtown. We had the pleasure of watching a couple foxes play in the backyard! Would recommend to anyone.
This cabin was one of the highlights of our stay in Colorado. We arrived on during an early heavy snowfall on a Sunday in October. Pulling up to the cabin we just fell in love with it. The views around are incredible. Its very close to town right down the road from the distillery and broken compass brewery which were awesome, even though its so close you feel really secluded. Inside that cabin they had everything covered from wood for the stove (which we used every night before bed and every morning with our coffee), household items, cleaning supplies, Netflix, and even seasonings if you decide to cook anything. The decor has a really cool and homey feel to it. The loft as everyone says takes getting used to but I thought was a cool feature. The loft has a good comfy bed upstairs along with a separated area with a couple of small beds. The only concern I would have is if there was small children and the loft stair, other than that no issues at all. I have bragged and bragged about this cabin and it has even made us consider buying a similar cabin in Colorado to rent out and to stay in, if we cant find one, we will hope this place is available for our next trip to Breck!!
This cabin is remote enough to feel like you're off the grid but in reality is a 5 minute drive to downtown Breck. The kitchen is fully stocked and there's plenty to do inside and outside of the cabin. The only downfall was the soft and lumpy bed.
Great place. Amazing stargazing and even a little fly fishing in stream behind house for brook trout. Agree with other comments on the stairs. They are a bit awkward but safe if you take your time. Highly recommend for a getaway.
Clean, Wonderful cozy place, with nature right out the door. However do not stay here unless youâre mobile, able to climb the steep stair/ladder for the sleeping level.
The home was unique and cozy. We enjoyed the remoteness of the property, yet we were so close to town! This home and property is kid-friendly and is very accommodating. Needless to say, we'll be back!
