Ce n'est pas un paradoxe, mais la vraie chose! Passez un séjour fantastique dans ce magnifique, côté sain 5 chambres 4. 5 salles de bain maison unifamiliale dans une rue calme à l'extrémité sud souhaitable de Wrightsville Beach. Profitez d'une vue sonores du porche couvert avec rockers confortables. Les accès de l'océan et du son sont à quelques pas de votre porte!

Aucun détail n'a été omis dans cette propriété! Le premier niveau a un second maître avec salle de bain, 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains et un coin couchage confortable, parfait pour un enfant. A l'étage dispose d'un, grand salon / salle à manger cuisine ouverte et 1/2 salle de bain. La cuisine du Chef avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, réfrigérateur double, Wolf gamme de gaz et machine à glaçons - rend la cuisine un plaisir!

Profitez d'une tasse de café dans la véranda dans hors de la zone de la cuisine. Un autre coin de la salle de séjour est parfait pour un peu de surf sur Internet sur votre ordinateur portable. Une chambre de maître luxueuse avec baignoire (2 personnes douche et baignoire de jardin) est également à ce niveau.

manger à l'extérieur sera un plaisir dans le niveau du sol projeté dans le porche, avec une grande table et des chaises. Pour votre plaisir, il y a un système de son surround à ce niveau. Le grill et un évier "grand oeuf vert» sont juste à l'extérieur du porche.

The house accommodated our family very nicely. Having multiple floors allowed us time together and yet the space for some quiet time. We were able to enjoy the top floor for meals and time together. The elevator was a huge convenience to get deliveries up to the top floor. Having a washer and dryer on both floors was very convenient and allowed each family to stay on top of their families laundry. Its proximity to the beach was just a short walk away and we were able to walk the beach and enjoy sunrise and sunset. It was the perfect family get together location to celebrate my son’s graduation from UNCW.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The check in/ checkout was easy since it’s keyless. The checkout procedures were all written down and not too labor intense as some other locations may require now. The location itself was a good spot and close to the beach. The house was very clean and it’s a large house so it was great for our family of three generations. I loved that big kitchen and the large double side fridge!! Overall a great location to book.

Family Getaway

This stay was great! The house was perfect for our family. We were getting together before part of the family moved out west. The location was great. We were able to go to the beach every day. The beach was a short walk away. The kitchen was nice. Some of the pots and pans were a little tired but there were plenty of the them. The great room was perfect for hanging out together. The upstairs porch was perfect for sunsets over the marsh. Everyone had their own room for down time. The house was not toddler proof so we had to keep a close eye on him. He was old enough to stay away from the stairs so that made it easier. Would definitely stay again!

The door locks every time you close the door! Our bags were in the room and the door locked and we had to figure out a way to get back inside. This is a simple fix and should be done immediately. Other than that, the house was beautiful and comfortable. Excellent for big families or gatherings! The view is very nice!!

Close to beach and pier. We had a great family vacation with 4 generations staying. The had an iron but no ironing board. That was a disappointment. There also were no instructions for the TV. There were 4 remotes, This was confusing, even for our tech savvy guests. Took a full reboot of the cable box and nearly an hour to get it working. I had called for assistance but nobody called or came by. 😔Overall, very satisfied and would stay with them again.

Family Vacation Finally!

Plenty of room and we had everything we needed. The house had a great view (to bad new house is being built across the street) and enjoyed watching the sunset from the large porch. As with all things there were 2 things that that caused minor issues. First I was disappointed that the linens would not be on the beds when we arrived, after a long day of travel it just added to the move in time . We have stayed at many different locations and rental companies and beds were all ready made. Also the tv in the living room had 5 remotes with no idea which one to use. We did contact Bryant and they called at dinner time on Monday but by that time we had got tv to work. By no means did this ruin our week or make our trip less enjoyable, just added some frustration. Overall the week was fun, enjoyable and I would 100% return to this property again. Thank you for a wonderful week!

John, thank you for taking the time to give your feedback! This unit is perfect for large groups who want easy beach access and anything you could possibly need on vacation! These owners have gone above and beyond to be sure you have all the essentials for your stay. As far as linens, we are still adhering to complete sanitation of laundry, due to an influx of previous guest requests. That may be subject to change in future, but for now it is still outlined in the contract all our guests sign. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused upon arrival, especially since we know travelling can be taxing. We want our guests to have an enjoyable, but safe, stay with us. We hope you'll stay with Bryant Real Estate again for your next getaway!

Not Perfect, but still Really Great

There were some things we really loved about this property, as well as several things we didn't. Many of our favorite features were in the kitchen. It was fantastic having two full size fridges, plus a separate ice machine that never ran low in spite of our constant use all week long. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved that the inside of all the drawers and cabinets are labeled, making it easy for us to find what we needed and helpful to return it to it's correct spot. We really enjoyed how the kitchen flowed right into the dining area and the dining area flowed right into the living area so our entire family felt connected and together on the main floor. The big kitchen table was awesome for puzzles, game nights and meals. Overall the house was clean, especially the interior surfaces, but it felt due for a really good deep clean and refresh of some of the linens/patio cushions. A few stains on the master carpet, some grunge on the back of the doors near the hinges, torn bedskirts, moldy HVAC vents, that sort of thing. Occasionally we'd pull out a pan that felt sticky or oily and needed to be cleaned before being used. The exterior is in desperate need of a good pressure washing. But still, overall the interior was clean. The location also has some pros/cons. Very easy walks to public access for the sound and the beach and the street is very quiet. But, this property is surrounded by other homes on all sides, so the views are obscured. Many of the windows look straight into other windows. In fact, the porches on the back of the home primarily provide views of the neighbor's home and pool. If views are your thing, this house probably isn't for you. The home across the street is currently under construction. Our family enjoyed sitting out on the main front porch and watching the construction progress each day. Noise from the site was minimal and not an issue. Once that house is completed it will hide what is probably the best view, with little of the intracoastal waterway still visible. However, the sky/sunset views from that porch and the large living room windows will likely still be spectacular. There were plenty of beach chairs in the garage during our stay, as well as lots of sand toys (shovels, buckets, etc.) and several bikes. The bikes have seen better days and could use some TLC (rusted chains, etc), but two were still sufficient for long bike rides and very much enjoyed. Not perfect, but still a great place to stay.

Four Generation Fun

The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary utensils, serving dishes, etc. Bathrooms were spotless.We did have a problem with the elevator upon arrival. A technician was immediately dispatched and fixed the issue.One note for improvement: the return vents throughout the house were very dirty--triggered a lot of sneezing.

Wedding Week at Paradox

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paradox is a perfect location with a wonderful great room and kitchen. Balconies galore and we were so happy with all of the bathrooms. Since all but one of the bedrooms were on the lower level the earlier to bed were never disturbed by the night owls. There were some ant issues but the realtor responded right away to my email. The furniture was a bit dated. Sofa had stains, and I had concerns the blankets are not washed between guest. The kitchen floor...not the cleanest. The biggest issue with the home was the clutter. There is just too much stuff. The amount of things in the kitchen and living space is overwhelming and disorderly. There had to be 100 knives. Finding and returning things to a proper spot is near impossible. (and I am not overly organized!) There are also family photos around which is odd when in a rental. The Jimmy Buffet theme in the downstairs bedroom is kind of creepy..just sayin. But over all we had a great stay, lots of fun. Some tweaks here and there would go a long way!

The owners ordered a new sofa at the beginning of the year but with COVID it has been a bit delayed - but exciting news it will be delivered this October 2021! As for the kitchen organization - it is one of the biggest struggles we face but our hospitality team tries to keep them looking nice between reservations when we can. You could spend two hours organizing and labeling cabinets/drawers (which this property has) but the second someone checks in, it all resets so I can understand your frustrations. Glad you enjoyed the rental for the most part and hope you will consider renting with us again next time. Take care!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Paradox is in a great location with easy access to the beach. The house needs some updating but overall has a really nice layout and fit plenty of people comfortably. If you are not ant-friendly, this house is not for you. I would also recommend bringing your own beach chairs, as a few were broken or just old and rusty.

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed the unit for the most part especially the wonderful location, a lot back from the channel - it makes for some beautiful sunrises! This home exudes comfort with the cozy décor and coastal accents! I will make note about your desire for upgrades and add that to our owner suggestions to pass on. We are sorry to hear you had some issues with ants - they have wreaked havoc on the island bad this year, likely from all of the rain we have had. This unit is on a regular spray for them and they were scheduled to come out the day after you called coincidentally, so hopefully that was able to keep them at bay for the remainder of your stay. We always recommend our guests bring any beach equipment that you will need since beach chairs and umbrellas are not required items for our rentals. Most of what is found at units are often left over from previous guests but I will swing by and dispose of the rusted ones. We hope to see you back again next time, be sure to keep in touch and let us know when you are ready to book your next getaway!

The only problem was the pocket doors, they definitely need repaired. Great location.

The house accommodated everyone comfortably and was well set up. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, which we did every day. Overall a perfect venue for our celebrations.

Right refrigerator freezer door won't open and when turning on the hot water in the upstairs bathroom sink on the right, water leaks out from the knob.

Stay in Southend

We loved this property. You can tell the owner is thoughtful. It is a beautiful house and so well stocked. The kitchen had everything. I highly recommend staying in this house.
