Les grandes familles (+ plusieurs familles) aiment la disposition de cette maison de 2 étages. À quelques pas de la belle eau de Wrightsville Beach, profitez d'une vue sublime sur les couchers de soleil sur la baie.

A l'étage un sport de mise en page ouverte, avec beaucoup de collecte spaces- grande cuisine, salle à manger et salon avec un acc���s cheminée et terrasse. En outre à cet étage: 3 chambres de plage sur le thème et deux salles de bains; au rez de chaussée a une deuxième salle de séjour avec kitchenette, une chambre et une seconde zone de couchage.

Caractéristiques principales: Vue sur la mer, patios couverts, barbecue, parking couvert, bicyclettes

INCLUS: WIFI, nettoyage, cuisine entièrement équipée, produits en papier et TOUS les draps, y compris toute la literie + bain + serviettes de plage pour vous épargner le tracas / co��t de les louer séparément (200-300 $ + valeur)! Wonderful Christmas

High School Friends Gathering

Freezer on the main fridge was broken and notified property manager immediately and allowed them to come and look at it, they sent a new refrigerator the day of check out at 9 am without notifying us with decisions to make so hope we made the right ones! The deck will need to be replaced soon as the boards are soft and spongy.

Great stay for the price

Overall great stay at this property. Beautiful home with few flaws. Upstairs was the just as anticipated, however the downstairs living area was uncomfortable for sleeping. I would definitely recommend this property though.

Wrightsville Beach

The upstairs appeared to be recently renovated and was very nice. The downstairs was misrepresented as being 2 bedrooms while in fact it was 1 br and a living area with a bed in it. It was musty downstairs as well.

Just perfect!

The home was beautiful, the layout was great for our family and friends. The downstairs apartment was such a great asset to have for those that wanted to stay up a little later! LOL. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The home was clean and in the perfect location! Would definitly book here again.

Wonderful house for family

This house was wonderful for our family, plenty of space with various bedrooms/bathrooms to allow everyone to have their own areas, while enjoying the common areas together. The lower level having a separate entrance ended up working out, but would have like to have known it wasn't accessible from inside. Beautiful upgrades and renovations throughout the main level, very well stocked with basic necessities and Mgmt was communicative and helpful with one very small maintenance issue. The location is perfection, such easy beach access! We'd definitely come back to this house again!

Family Tides in Wrightsville Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mostly excellent - great location, nice accommodations. I know there are plans to renovate which I think will be great for future guests. Would have liked to be able to go from downstairs to upstairs inside. Sharp knives would be nice to have. But overall, the home was large enough for us all with space for people to also have alone time.

Thank you for your comments. We will have the knives replaced with sharper ones. The renovation will likely begin Fall 2016, which should connect the first & second floors, and add a 3rd floor.

Disappointed and disgusted.

property needed multiple repairs while we were there a/c- refrigerator freezer- microwave started burning. ( water was running in it from outside ) gutters falling off in front of house which banged all night long. When we arrived smoke alarm and co 2 were going off in downstairs so we replaced batteries which we bought. A/c filters were black. we went and got new and replaced. screws coming out of stool we fixed those. oven was so dirty when opened set off the smoke alarm Two out of the three bathrooms had not been cleaned and were very gross. We had to clean those before using. The downstairs where multiple beds are and people had to sleep was mildew and musty. The remote to TV downstairs did not worked as batteries were corroded. We fixed that… With all the maintenance calls never once did management reach out. Seascape never reached out but texted over and over on what we were to be doing trash and when we checked out ect. Extremely annoying. Would never rent here again. We have stayed in other homes for last 5 years on this street and it was fantastic. Unfortunately we waited too long to book those homes and this one was available which should have been a warning sign. We will not make that mistake again.

Very easy access to the Beach!!!!

We were the 1st people to stay at the property since it had been sold to a new owner. There some things missing in the house; wine glasses, ironing board, vaccum, broom, and some cooking utensils. The management company was quick to rectify these problems. The downstairs unit needs significant updating and the bathroom tub was moldy. Some mattress were stained. There was 2 beds without mattress covers. That said the location is great. They have plenty of bicycles, beach towels and beach chairs.

Near Beach in Nice Neighborhood

Overall, we enjoyed this large, comfortable beach house. It's in an upscale neighborhood with beautifully groomed yards. Just a sliver of beach view, but only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were given the wrong combination door lock number, but after a short phone call to Sea Scape Properties, we were in the house.

Property Manager Never Responded

We contacted them with a question about the bedroom layout 2 months before our arrival and they never responded. However, the property was beautiful and in a great location close to the beach.

Great vacation

My family and I had a great time during our stay, the house was exactly as described. Everything was great except for a few essentials missing in the kitchen and the check-in process wasn't accurate.
