Thre were a few things that were needed from the Mgmt Company once we arrived and they responded immediately and fixed the issues. Super easy to work with.

The location to Disney/Universal was great. The property was clean, spacious, and the kids enjoyed plung pool along with the Storey Lake pool/slides!

We looked at this area as it was closer to Disney, Seaworld and Discovery Cove. All of the rooms were exactly as shown in the photographs of the house. The one issue (missing coffee pot) was resolved the following day.The children loved their rooms and the pool. The sun set over the pool in the evenings making it a great wind-down location after a busy day. We felt secure in the area.

Thanksgiving week

Storey Lake is a great location, the villa was nice, the family seating area was small only 4 people could seat comfortable in the couch, the 2 side dark chairs were uncomfortable.Bedrooms where good size & comfortable.

Wish a save as a favorite in Orlando

Had a good stay. House had everything i wanted. Good location, close to parks, Plenty of space for a family and guests. You could easily have 2 families of 4 each and still be comfortable. Take a look at Thur property for your next stay

Wonderful Townhome

Stayed for the entire July 4th week. The home is very beautiful & just as shown & described in the VRBO post. The booking process, along with checking in was seamless & the communication with the management company was very easy & incredible throughout our stay. Getting in & out of the community was a real pain, so be aware. This unit is extremely close to a back gate, however, this gate can only be used by residents of the community. Because of this, you have to drive all the way around to the main/front gate to get in or out. That front gate was having issues with the temporary passes that were issued to short term visitors, so the line to get in was always backed up significantly & took us more than 20 minutes to get in several different times.

Spring Break 24

First off- communication with the host was AMAZING! Quick and effective communication. I can't say enough about that. The pool at the house was very small. From now on I know what to expect. We didn't do much there only because there were 7 kids- not enough room for them to play. But they did enjoy late night swims w/ just a few of them. The house was perfect size for our group of 12 we said numerous times how spacious it was! The microwave kept blowing a fuse and sometimes it wasn't 'tripped' yet still wouldn't work. Not a big issue- we made due! The biggest complaint and it's not anything negative towards the host but the house was quite a ways from the main pool. And with it beings such a huge resort you had to get to the main pool by 9am if you wanted a chair. Overall this was a fantastic stay and we would 110% book again! Thank you!
