The Space:

This five-bedroom townhome in Storey Lake sleeps up to 11 guests and sits just 10 minutes from Disney World. With a private heated pool in your fully fenced backyard and a resort clubhouse featuring waterslides, a lazy river, and splash park all within walking distance, it's built for families who want theme park access and plenty of space to recharge between adventures.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

All five bedrooms are upstairs. Two king suites come with their own attached bathrooms—one reviewer called them "the best beds ever." A third bedroom has a queen bed, the fourth features a double-over-twin bunk, and the fifth offers two twins. There are four full bathrooms total, so morning routines stay smooth even with a full house.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan main floor connects the living room, dining table for eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel induction stove and dishwasher. Sliding doors lead straight out to your private pool and patio, so you can keep an eye on the kids in the water while prepping dinner or relaxing inside with the air conditioning on.



Outdoor Amenities

Your private lap pool is enclosed and heated year-round, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor dining set. The backyard is fully fenced, giving younger guests room to play safely. A five-minute walk brings you to The Hideaway Club, where you'll find two waterslides, a lazy river, mini-golf, sports courts, a game room, and kayak rentals on the lake.



Good To Know

Free parking is right outside, and keypad entry means no hunting for keys. Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to check emails or plan your park days. The in-unit washer and dryer let you pack lighter. Grocery stores and outlet shopping are minutes away, and Disney Springs is close by for dining and entertainment on your rest days. Pool heating in winter is available for $50 per day and must cover your entire stay—request at least seven days before check-in. A BBQ grill is available for an additional fee with 48 hours' notice.



Guest Access:

You can self check in to the property and you will have exclusive access to the home during your stay.



*Please note there is a locked "owner's" closet to which you will not have access during your stay. If the lock is broken a penalty will apply.

Pool & BBQ

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.  It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.

You can check yourself in using the keypad.
