The house was perfect! The kids loved spending time in the game room. There was so much space for the multiple families that stayed so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. It was the perfect area in Orlando for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House, Great Stay

This house had everything we needed. it was perfect for our group of volleyball families. The pool was a great addition and communication with Gwenn was superb. Thanks for a great time!

Perfect for multigeneration Disney trip!

The community pool and waterpark was perfect for rest days. The short drive to Disney allowed us time to enjoy breakfast at the home. The number and size of the rooms was perfect for padents, grandparents, and kids too! The themed rooms made our trip pretty magical.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and provided great communication when we needed help or had concerns. You should be made aware that this property has many instances of wear and tear that have not been fixed. I notified our guest host of the falling apart ottoman, refrigerator having damage and was told that they know about those things. The stairs railing is loose, pool cleaning net completely missing, and handle of the upstairs king room shower detached. I’m not sure if these are being repaired. The home was very hot during our first evening but thankfully a repairman was sent out to address the AC. Another room upstairs main light fixture and fan was not operating during our stay (this was also made known to the guest host). Overall, our stay was good. The arcade room and pool were a hit! I would stay here again when the repairs have been made. Thank you!

The homeowner wanted to provide feedback on a few items:- We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at our home and that our Avatar arcade room and pool were a hit! We so appreciate your feedback and wanted to let you know that we have made several updates-- replaced the ottoman, replaced the ceiling fan that was not operating properly, added ceiling fans to any bedrooms where missing, and added additional floor fans in closets throughout the home. Due to the Star Wars décor, we are unable to add a ceiling fan in this bedroom, so to help with air flow, we have added 2 tall oscillating tower fans.- Our property manager has handled all the minor maintenance issues, such as making sure the shower handle is secured, the stair railing tightened, and all reported maintenance concerns are now resolved. We’re sorry about the warm first night, but glad to hear that a repairman was sent out by our guest host/property manager. We have an amazing guest host who takes A/C issues seriously and does not delay in sending the appropriate service technician to resolve them quickly. While the fridge is functioning properly, our property manager had it evaluated, plus she has verified all needed pool accessories have been located or replaced.Thank you again for your helpful feedback, and we look forward to hosting you again!

Great house for family!

The house was awesome!!! It had all the amenities and very close proximity to WDW. Very convenient for a large family group. The house was spacious having more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The game rooms were very fun for all ages! House provided a lot of beach towels, bathroom towels, garbage bags and other miscellaneous items! House was well stocked except for a few random items.The only minor issues are (we did not complain)the washer needs to be replaced- it is rusted.Two bathrooms didn’t have garbage cans.one bathroom upstairs needs a better shower curtain and liner. Water leaked.one bedroom had furniture that was too large for the space. Hard to open the closet.No baking sheets in kitchen. Would definitely book again. Easy check in and check out was amazing! Great rental company!

We really appreciate your comments and want to let you know all have been resolved.  The washing machine has been replaced with a brand-new unit. The missing trash cans were located and have been returned to the bathrooms. A heavier shower curtain liner with magnets was installed, which has resolved the water leakage issue. While we’re not sure how the baking sheets went missing, the kitchen has been restocked with new ones. The bedroom furniture was repositioned to make it easier to access the closet doors.  Thank you again for your helpful feedback. We’re happy to hear you would book with us again!"
