Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re so happy to hear the home was perfect for your large family trip and that the kids loved the themed rooms — that’s always one of our favorite things to hear. It’s great that you were able to enjoy the quick drive to the Disney parks as well! We truly appreciate your patience regarding the heat during that unusually cold Orlando week. We’re glad our team was able to respond quickly and that the pool heat allowed the kids to keep swimming — even at 45 degrees! Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We’d love to welcome your family back for another magical trip soon! Warm regards, Wonder Vacation Homes

Hi Angie, thank you for staying with us and for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear your family found the home spacious, clean overall, and well-located for your Universal trip. Regarding the refundable deposit, deposit releases are processed according to the payment processor and bank timelines, and we do not intend to delay any eligible release. If no damages or additional charges apply, the release is handled through the original payment method, though the exact posting time can vary by bank. We’re truly sorry that the leak on the final night impacted your experience, especially with a family member with mobility needs. That type of issue is never the experience we want for our guests, and we understand how concerning it must have been to have water in a walkway area. We appreciate your positive comments about the home itself, and we’re sorry the final night and deposit timing changed your overall impression. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can improve our emergency response and guest communication moving forward. Best regards, Wonder Vacation Homes
