Sandestin Beautiful One Story Updated Cottage 6 Seater Golf Cart Included

Our beautiful home is completely updated with new floors, fresh paint, new lighting, and new comfortable furnishings. The home offers both front and back screened-in porches, with the back overlooking the water. A propane gas grill is included on the outside deck. The brand new beautiful pool is less than a 40 yard walk. Guests also have access to the Linkside Pool. This pool has a hot tub and is a short golf cart ride- about a mile from the house.

Our one-story home is in the heart of the Sandestin Resort. We are in the center of everything- four golf courses, the tennis center, a marina with a restaurant, walking paths, fishing, shopping, and the beach- all within a 5 minute golf cart ride.

Once you arrive you are close to everything Sandestin has to offer. Park your car and use the golf cart to get everywhere! The beach is also only a four minute golf cart ride.

A very short three minute walk from our home you will find Jolee Island. There you can stroll with your dog, take the kids on a nature walk or even enjoy some fishing! At the marina you can rent boats, paddle boards, jet-skis, kayaks, or take a sunset dinner cruise. There is also a fabulous tennis center (0.4 miles away) featuring lighted clay courts, instruction, and a great pro shop. Baytown Village has tons of activities for the whole family including concerts, obstacle courses, zip line, playgrounds, shopping, bars and restaurants.

Drive (3-4 min- designated golf cart tunnel that goes under HWY 98) Walk (~20 min) or Bike along a designated path to reach the pristine sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The resort features four award-winning golf courses, The Market Shops (10 restaurants, shopping, Publix Supermarket, Farmer’s Market (Summer months 9am-1 pm), IMAX movie theatre, and fitness center (located in Grand Blvd).

Drive a bit further for a day of ultimate deep-sea fishing, outlet mall shopping, and more!

The large screened-in porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee or a nightcap, overlooking the resort lake. The master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite full bath with new marble shower and also a unique extra outdoor shower. The second bedroom features two queen beds with full hall bath (tub/shower). All bedrooms and baths feature new linens and towels. Beach towels and beach chairs also provided.

Relaxation at its finest

We had such a wonderful stay here. Prime location with easy walks or golf cart rides to the Village, beach, pool & more! The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare holiday meals. The outdoor living space was my absolute favorite! I took many naps outside on the swing. Pictures really don't do this home justice. It's beautifully decorated, updated, and clean. The host answered questions promptly & politely. We WILL BE BACK!

Just Amazing!

This property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a quick getaway. The host was quick to respond and so helpful. The back porch was hands down my favorite part of the house to hang out. It really reminds me of a southern living coastal home with all of its special touches. We will be back! 😁

Sledge’s Summer Soliloquy 2024 - Sandestin

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. We took our fur babies with us and they felt right at home. It was so convenient to everything as well as a great place to walk our dogs. Our very place to sit was outside on the big screened in porch - there is a big, beautiful swing that is absolutely amazing and so very relaxing! We loved swinging and enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. We loved the owners of the home - they were so helpful and very easy to communicate with! Check in was easy. Location was excellent. You can walk to Bay Town or take the golf cart anywhere. The furnishings were beautiful. It was extremely clean. I highly recommend this unit. We have stayed in several locations in San Destin and it’s one of our favorites.

Perfect relaxing vacation

Everything about the location and proximity to Baytown Warf and the beach was amazing! The proximity to the ward and the fact that the house backs up to the main drag cause some noise in the evening. But nothing was as loud as the frigs in the pond at night! No worries though, because we slept right through that as well since the beds and linens were great. We loved playing scrabble on the back porch. And LOVED having the golf cart to drive to public and restaurants! No horrible traffic! We will be back!

The house is beautiful, clean, and very cozy. The outdoor screened-in porch is so relaxing. The beds are so comfortable you will definitely sleep-in. The golf cart is awesome and there is easy parking everywhere. Great location!

This place was fully stocked, comfy, great decor, wonderful beds/ linens, great location, quiet neighborhood, beautiful new golf cart, respectful owners/management company, everything was fresh & clean. Great for family or a couple. Hope to go back soon!!

Excellent Location!

Beautifully decorated, newly updated/modern, and in an adorable neighborhood within the Sandestin resort. Location, location, location! We really enjoyed being a 5 min ride to the beach with the golf cart, having access to the whole resort, a quick drive to the main Miramar strip and Destin. The golf cart was so convenient and fun to use. Hosts provided all your basic needs and more. The sunroom was our favorite spot in the house! This was our first time visiting the Gulf but certainly won’t be our last.

Perfect in every way

I really loved this cottage. Beds were very comfortable. Convenient location especially with the golf cart. It made it fun to go to Publix, Grand Boulevard, Baytown Wharf and the beach. Jim was great to work with. Pictures dont do this place justice.

Annual vacation on San Destin Golf and Beach Resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 day stay. This was our 28th year staying on the resort, however first time using Vrbo. Mr. Newman the owner of the property was great. He is very responsive to calls, questions and addressing concerns to the best of his ability. Overall the unit was nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having access to the golf cart. We would have given a 5 star rating however a couple of things prevented this. The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work properly, the dishwasher was not well secured, so when we loaded it, we were concerned it may tilt over or cause flooding. The beautiful picture window was very dirty and the most disappointing thing was the view to the small pond off the back screened-in porch. It was littered with debris, stagnate water and with an ugly skim over it. I believe this to be more of a resort issue than owner. We would love to rent again if these issues are addressed.

Beautiful, clean house

The house was perfect. Incredibly clean. The furnishings were very tasteful. Everything worked well. Lots of extras. Beautiful view. Great golf cart and good parking. We loved it. Sad to leave.
