Very nice neighborhood/resort. Nice home and plenty of space for our family of 6. 2 king bedrooms downstairs! Another bedroom upstairs all with a bathroom!Brand new 6 passenger golf cart loaded with all the bells and whistles for easy ride to beach and other hot spots within the resort.

The property was beautiful and the amenities were fantastic. We loved the high quality golf cart and used it daily. The pool was great to have access to with a tropical storm that made landfall on our trip. I really appreciate the way we were taken care of on this trip. When I was trying to book a beach trip for my family six months ago, Jalayne was so patient answering all of my questions as we had just come off of a horrific VRBO experience. Our home was exactly as described and when we arrived, Gary talked us through all of the hints and tips with the golf carts. I was a bit concerned my daughters would be hot upstairs, but there is not one complaint with the AC all week and we stayed in early August. The house is very clean and well equipped. The covered porches and proximity to the pool are a bonus. We hope to be back soon.

We always love staying in Laurel Grove, as we have done for many years and this home was exceptional. It was extremely clean, decorated perfect and bright. Our host was amazing and very helpful. The golf cart was great Will stay here again for sure

Beautiful home- great neighborhood

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was absolutely perfect! The location to the community pool is just around the corner so we could just walk over. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable (I meant to check the mattress for the brand as I have slept that good in years) Golf cart was good - it was different than the one in the photo so just know you may not get what is pictured but no biggie. We likes having the discount perks and used it to rent bikes for our boys. They loved riding all over.

Lovely Laurel Grove

We had an incredible 10 days at Sandestin! Your home was well equipped with everything we needed to settle in and relax. Small touches like kitchen essentials (spices, for example) and beach essentials (sand chairs, balls, pails, etc.) made for a home-away-from-home experience. The location and access to golf carts were the cherry on top! Thank you for a memorable trip!

The house was perfect for our family. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Private pool. We have stayed in sandestin several times and this was the best experience yet. Any questions were responded to very promptly.

A Wonderful Week!

To start, we have not stayed in the Laurel Grove neighborhood before. It is a lovely place in the heart of the Baytown village area with an adjacent golf course. Great for families who want a quaint Florida vibe mixed with a little Mayberry feel. The property itself is probably the best property we have rented in over 20 years of annual visits to Sandestin. It was clean, dry roomy and honestly while every house in the neighborhood looked great, has the best curb appeal of any of them. The wrap around patio with rocking chairs alone did it for me. Everything about the rental just worked. No issues at all and we paid for two golf carts and both worked flawlessly. Btw, the fact we had to do a very brief check off to confirm the carts worked correctly was very much appreciated. Which leads me to the property managers. Great communication from day one, mid week and check out. Very nice and attentive. You can’t go wrong here…just leave me some dates for next year!!!
