Great house

Our family of six stayed here for our spring break this year. We were really happy at how well the house was taken care of. It was very clean when we arrived. We had more than enough sleeping space and bathrooms and the four kids enjoyed trading rooms every night. I enjoyed waking up in the morning to the views. The location is great! It didn’t feel like a far ride to go to the beach or to Baytown Wharf, which was also a lot of fun for the kids. My husband and my sons golfed twice while we were there also. The golf cart was great to have! We were fortunate enough to have wonderful weather, and if that could be guaranteed every spring break, we will for sure come back every year!

Overall great vacation

We had issues the first day getting signed into the WiFi. The information on the app was incorrect. We also had some difficulty and delay in getting assistance with the WiFi issue. The house is perfect for family. We brought elderly parents with us and it was nice to have master suites on both the first and second floor. Plenty of space to be comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook meals. The furniture is a little old in the living room and the carpet in the house is worn. The location is great. A short ride to Baytowne Wharf and Publix. Love having the golf cart! Overall we had a great trip and would stay here again!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the WiFi on the first day, and we appreciate your patience in resolving the issue. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the spacious layout of the house, especially with master suites on both floors, and found the kitchen well-stocked for your needs. Your comments about the living room furniture and carpet are duly noted, and we will consider them for future improvements. It's great to know that the location and the inclusion of a golf cart added to your overall positive experience!

Family Beach Trip Joy!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this home, the view of the bay, the golf cart and easy access to Baytowne and the pool, etc. We especially enjoyed the screened porch with our 3 year old grandson. The only suggestion I would make to New Haven rentals is not to contact guests during the stay unnecessarily. We received some type of call regarding a windshield repair on the golf cart when nothing was wrong with it? Even if there had been a needed repair, these should be handled between guest check ins and check outs. However, this would not hinder us from renting this home again, but maybe not in July(?), as the beach access was extremely crowded & that is why I am giving an overall 4 star rating. Again, the home was clean and comfortable and we loved being within walking distance to the pool!

"Short getaway to the beach.

We enjoyed the property and would book again. There was a strange smell when we first entered the house. We determined it was from the fridge and smelled like fish or seafood. WE sprayed air freshener and it went away after a short while. Liked the convenience of the Golf cart especially.

Wonderful Home

We loved this house and location so much. My favorite spot in the house was the screened in back porch, so quiet and relaxing and watching the sunset through the trees beyond the bay was magical. I was super disappointed that the Golf Cart was not working, and that was a big issue because we needed it for my parents. It was a big reason we chose the house. That was really a bummer. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Beautiful Home!

This was a last minute vacation for my family of 4 before we send out daughter off to college. So glad we found this property! It is a beautiful home, very clean and spacious. It has a lovely covered patio with a wonderful view of nature and the marina in the distance. It has everything you need for the beach. We loved the golf cart, except it broke down day 2. The office was quick to respond and get someone out, however, they could not get it fixed during our stay. We were bummed about not having it, but luckily we had our bikes. Great access to restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping, the bay side and the beach, all by bike or golf cart. We had a wonderful time and great family memories made!

What a wonderful memory, Deede! A special time shared with your family before your daughter heads off to school; what a nice way to spend this time together. It sounds like you loved the property, but we're sorry that the golf cart went out of commission during your stay. We know that was disappointing. Thank you for letting us refund you for the use of the cart for the remainder of your stay. The silver lining in it all is that you were able to enjoy some bike riding with family, and we're so happy that you have those leisurely, carefree moments together on your vacation. Perfect for our family of 5!

We really liked this property. It was perfect for our family of 5. The only complaint I have and it isn't really a complaint but the rug in the living room is very uncomfortable.
