Welcome to CasaBonita by Epiqhost, a beautifully renovated 2BR + Loft/3BA villa in the heart of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, positioned on the first hole of the Raven Golf Course with lake and fairway views from every room and the private open-air patio. A brand-new 6-seater golf cart with Bluetooth speaker and GPS is included, and one pet is welcome with approval.

Start your mornings with coffee overlooking the lake, cruise to the beach or Baytowne Wharf in the golf cart, and settle in at sunset to the easy energy of the resort. Inside, the open living area pairs comfortable seating with a Smart TV, and the kitchen brings quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast nook. The master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath, and golf-and-lake views. The guest bedroom holds a queen and a twin with direct access to a full bathroom, the loft adds a full-size bed, and a convenient half bath keeps busy mornings moving. A washer and dryer and fast WiFi round out the essentials.

Self check-in runs through a smartlock, parking is reserved, and the golf cart puts the beach, pools, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard shops, and Sandestin's golf and tennis facilities all a short ride away.

Getting to the Beach
Your included golf cart makes beach days easy. From CasaBonita in Turnberry Villas, head south through the resort and take the golf cart tunnel under Highway 98 to reach Sandestin's private beach at the Beach House Restaurant parking lot in about 7 minutes. When you arrive, pull the cart up to the beach access first to drop off your gear and your group, then park in the available golf cart parking and follow the boardwalk down to the sand.

We might have missed the fact that the property had a significant number of stairs. there was a short flight to a landing then a long flight to the door. Once inside there was a long flight to the bedrooms. Wife's knee is not in the best shape, so the stairs were a constant issue for us.

Quiet and peaceful

This place was amazing!!! Perfect for our family of 4. The golf cart was a plus! So convenient to go to the pool and Baytown. We didn’t even have to leave area accept driving to the beach on the golf cart. We would stay again!

Everything for a restful and fun vacation!

Loved that this property had some extras at a lower price. You can tell it is a bit dated and needed a couple minor repairs, but managers were great and noted the items to be fixed. It more than made up for it with these key things:1. Cleanliness.2. Comfortable beds!3. Use of an excellent golf cart.4. Chairs and umbrellas to bring to the beach.5. Good communication with managers and keyless entry.6. Comfortable sofa.7. Excellent location.For us, comfortable furnishings makes all the difference. Loved our stay here!
