Chalet privé 2CH au bord du ruisseau avec poêle à bois !

Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Aliza! We are so happy to read that you guys enjoyed your stay at Alpine! We can not wait to host you again!

Nancy, thank you for your feedback. When the refrigerator issue was reported, we responded immediately and had a technician at the property that same evening. The luggage rack mentioned in your review was also repaired within hours of check-in. We would also like to clarify that our listing clearly states that the property does not include a dishwasher. Despite our immediate efforts to address the situation, you stated that continuing your stay would require us to provide an ice chest with ice as well as a significant discount for each night of your stay. Otherwise, you stated that you would leave and expected a full refund, including the night you had already stayed. We accommodated your decision to leave and ultimately provided exactly that—a full refund for the entire reservation, including your first night. We take our guests’ concerns seriously and always strive to do the right thing. The refrigerator has since been replaced with a brand-new unit, and the issue is fully resolved. We stand behind the prompt, good-faith efforts we made to address your concerns.
