This charming cottage is nestled on several acres among old-growth cedars and majestic maple trees. The privacy aspect makes you feel as though you are removed from civilization, yet it is located just minutes away from every convenience. The house has a wrap-around deck, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. The property has a shared sports court for pickleball, basketball, and more. Lake Samish is just across Friday Creek Road.

Public lake access can be found 100 yards north of the house on Friday Creek Road. A double kayak is available for your use (stored down by the dock, paddles in the bathroom closet). We have also added two stand-up paddleboards and a youth kayak to the patio (Summer months only). Feel free to take these down to the lake access point and please return to the porch after each use.

This two-bedroom, one-bath home also offers a sleeping loft with 3 twin beds, perfect for children 5 and over. For infants and toddlers, we have a Pack-n-Play portable crib stored in the closet. The large bedroom has a king-size Sleep Number bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to the sleeping loft. Both bedrooms have French doors that open to the wrap-around deck.

The living area is fashioned in the "great room" style with a comfortable sitting area, an equipped kitchen, and a dining table with seating for up to 7 people. Direct access to the deck makes for easy barbecuing and outdoor entertaining. The house is equipped with a 50" television and high-speed internet for anyone feeling the need to stay connected.

There is a friendly neighborhood cat "Scout". Please do not let him in the house. Not only for those with allergies, but we need to keep the property pristine. Additionally, it can be difficult to get him out!
