Cette maison en bord de mer est l'endroit idéal pour créer des souvenirs inoubliables dans un cadre tropical chaud et ensoleillé. L'unité 9-1 est située à Puamana, une communauté fermée en front de mer de 30 acres de maisons mitoyennes de haute qualité de faible hauteur nichée le long de la rive sud ensoleillée de la ville historique de Lahaina. À Puamana, vous pouvez vous détendre loin de la foule des grands complexes hôteliers tout en ayant le luxe d'être à quelques pas ou à vélo des magasins, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne de Lahainatown. Savourez votre intimité dans cette unité en bord de mer à quelques pas du bord de l'eau. Vous avez un accès direct depuis notre véranda / pelouse à la plage à marée basse pour lancer le stand up paddle / surf. Il y a trois piscines (dont une directement sur l'océan), des courts de tennis et de badminton, une maison / club house de plantation restaurée et de grands espaces verts herbeux donnant sur l'océan.

Cette maison de ville de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain est un endroit incroyable pour des vacances. Il y a deux suites principales avec lits king size, situées sur les côtés opposés de la maison, maximisant ainsi l'intimité. La troisième chambre dispose également d'un lit king-size et la quatrième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Il y a la climatisation centrale partout et une laveuse / sécheuse pour votre commodité. En ouvrant la porte de votre maison de vacances, vous serez accueillis dans une maison de plage rénovée avec une cuisine spacieuse. Wonderful location & layout

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 9-1 Puamelia. The house’s proximity to the ocean was even closer than the pictures indicated. We loved hearing the crashing waves at night and seeing the gorgeous deep blue ocean from the house and patio during the day. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and had plenty of storage space for our clothes, etc. The location was excellent. We did not have a chance to use the pool, but it is very close to the unit. We absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Tucked away in southeast Lahaina, sandy beach, rolling surf and wonderful accommodations. It was very well stocked and provided plenty of accommodations for 7-8 people without feeling crowded at all. Utensils, flatware, grill, AC, and water were all plentiful and the place was clean as can be. We were happy to support the town and people of Lahaina whenever we could,

Unit was as described and provided a welcoming home base for our week in Maui. The home was well equipped and had everything that we needed - and the immediate beach access was appreciated. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return again.

Wonderful property for a family vacation.

We were extremely pleased to find that the access to the beach was just across the lawn. The entire family was out enjoying the ocean on paddle boards and body boards every day. We walked the beach and saw whales and turtles from this location. We loved eating out on the patio every morning and evening. The size of the unit was right sized for our family of 8. We all agreed that this property was perfect for us.

The perfect stay in Maui

Everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rooms are all nicely decorated. The view was amazing with direct access to the beach. Grounds are super well kept and staff was speedy to help with any questions. We enjoyed the entire property very much and will definitely be staying here again.

Puamana No Ka Oi

We all thoroughly enjoyed staying in the property. It was clean, spacious, well-appointed with high quality dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, cookware, etc. Every room was tastefully decorated. The stoneware in the showers were beautiful. We completely enjoyed the condo and hope to return there in the near future.

VERY Disappointed !!

After staying in two other excellent 5 star VRBOs (at similar pricing) on this trip we were very disappointed in the overall condition and cleanliness of this unit. Pictures on VRBO are very old and heavily filtered, almost to the point of attempting to deceive. The property has been used and abused for many years and it shows. They turn off the air conditioning when not rented so it smells like mildew for the first two days. Everything was dirty from the kitchen backsplash to the showers, sinks, and microwave. The cabinet handles were filthy and rusting, and the floors and baseboards were so dusty it was stuck on. It appeared that the host / owner did the very minimum upkeep on the property. I would not recommend this unit to anyone that appreciates a clean living space. Other than the location to the ocean and shops on Front street there is nothing that this unit has to offer. very old and dated.

Perfect Lahaina location

The rental unit was exactly as advertised, and provided the perfect location for our family vacation on Maui. The location was in a quite, family oriented area, yet within walking distance to the huddle and bustle of Front Street in Lahaina. The unit itself was modern, clean, and provided all the necessities and accessories need to make our stay comfortable and extremely enjoyable. We unanimously agreed, we’d all come back for our next stay if the opportunity to rent this unit again was available. Thank you very much for your hospitality, it added immensely to our overall experience, and we are truly grateful for everything.

A perfect stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with my parents, in-laws, and two young children. It was perfect. The unit is easily big enough to comfortably handle a large family. We loved having our meals on the large lanai overlooking the ocean. The property is beautiful with swimming pools for kids and parents. The immediate property of the unit has brought us back already as it faces out onto a large lawn then directly out to a sand beach and the ocean with perfect surfing waves. It is walking distance to Lahaina for meals, drinks or shave ice and an easy drive to anywhere else in the island. We have every intention of returning.

Great view, great amenities, great location

We stayed at this home with our 2 kids under 5 and our friends with their 2 kids under 5. It was a fun, safe, clean and comfortable home with plenty of on property amenities. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and was super close to the main attractions downtown. We had a small issue with the AC but the property management team was super responsive and took care of it immediately.

Perfect

Absolutely satisfied with our stay. I was nervous because we don't typically spend this much on our accommodations, but this was a special occasion for us. It was an amazing experience, would do it again and highly recommend. Being to walk outside to watch the ocean and see whales is fantastic. Nice longboard break right in front. There was no sandy beach, which I knew from other reviews, but there is one not too far away. Just bring water shoes to avoid cuts on feet from rocks and sea urchins. The place itself has everything you need, we were seven adults and had plenty of room. Literally cannot think of one negative. If you can afford it, do it! We all agreed that this place is so much better than staying in a large hotel resort, where you'd have to take an elevator and walk a ways just to be near the pool or ocean, vs walking 50 feet across a beautiful grassy area, which you will do dozens of times per day!
