Cette maison en bord de mer est l'endroit idéal pour créer des souvenirs inoubliables dans un cadre tropical chaud et ensoleillé. L'unité 9-1 est située à Puamana, une communauté fermée en front de mer de 30 acres de maisons mitoyennes de haute qualité de faible hauteur nichée le long de la rive sud ensoleillée de la ville historique de Lahaina. À Puamana, vous pouvez vous détendre loin de la foule des grands complexes hôteliers tout en ayant le luxe d'être à quelques pas ou à vélo des magasins, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne de Lahainatown. Savourez votre intimité dans cette unité en bord de mer à quelques pas du bord de l'eau. Vous avez un accès direct depuis notre véranda / pelouse à la plage à marée basse pour lancer le stand up paddle / surf. Il y a trois piscines (dont une directement sur l'océan), des courts de tennis et de badminton, une maison / club house de plantation restaurée et de grands espaces verts herbeux donnant sur l'océan.


Cette maison de ville de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain est un endroit incroyable pour des vacances. Il y a deux suites principales avec lits king size, situées sur les côtés opposés de la maison, maximisant ainsi l'intimité. La troisième chambre dispose également d'un lit king-size et la quatrième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Il y a la climatisation centrale partout et une laveuse / sécheuse pour votre commodité. Our family group of 7 loved our week here! The grounds are very peaceful and there was nothing better than sitting on the lanai listening to the ocean waves. The kitchen facilities were all very nice and allowed us to enjoy meals together. The layout gave us all room to tuck into our rooms at night to read or watch tv without disturbing each other.

The Unit was very nice and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable for all of us and we slept great. Plenty of cooking pans and utensils, towels, extra blankets, It is a very nice place and a good location. The clubhouse did burn down in the fire and the dolphin pool was closed for maintenance but the ocean view pool was open during most of our stay. Our stay was a little different because the Kona Low Storm hit while we were staying here and shut down a lot of the norms like swimming in the pool, ocean and walking the beach as the storm stole all of the beach sand and replaced it with rocks and trees. All in all we had a good trip, unfortunately you can’t make the weather cooperate all the time but we made the best of it and this Unit definitely helped with that part of it. It was nice to look out at the ocean even from the living room and fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach.

This was an amazing location! Right on the beach where the surf breaks so many surfers, which we loved seeing. The house was immaculate and very nice. I highly recommend staying here—we’ll be back!

Beautiful location - nice property

The view from the terrific patio was amazing. Very comfortable condo with four bedrooms. Great location minutes from downtown Lahaina. Hard to find a better place.

Perfect house for the family to enjoy a family trip together. Very close to Lahaina, a cool town with many shopping and eating options. Driving distance to all activities Maui has to offer.

Downtown Lahaina rental

Property was clean and well maintained, loved that there were king beds in most of the rooms. Beautiful view of the beach it was amazing listening to the surf from the patio. Very close to Front St and all of the Lahaina shops and dining.

Lovely Lahaina

We had a wonderful few days on Maui. My family of 6 was very comfortable. Location was amazing. We spent a lot of time sitting outside and on the beach which was just steps away.

Maui retreat

9-1 was a perfect location for our families visit to Lahaina. The property was a beautiful location steps away from the water. We enjoyed the sunsets every night and sitting on the lanai. The house itself had everything we needed!

Beautiful place and location!

Amazing home and perfect location for a diverse family vacation. So much to do and explore nearby, but also great for those who aren’t able, due to small children. It was a wonderful place for my family to gather and experience all that Maui has to offer at different levels. Definitely an enjoyable experience.

Wonderful property for a family vacation.

We were extremely pleased to find that the access to the beach was just across the lawn. The entire family was out enjoying the ocean on paddle boards and body boards every day. We walked the beach and saw whales and turtles from this location. We loved eating out on the patio every morning and evening. The size of the unit was right sized for our family of 8. We all agreed that this property was perfect for us.

Wonderful location & layout

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 9-1 Puamelia. The house’s proximity to the ocean was even closer than the pictures indicated. We loved hearing the crashing waves at night and seeing the gorgeous deep blue ocean from the house and patio during the day. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and had plenty of storage space for our clothes, etc. The location was excellent. We did not have a chance to use the pool, but it is very close to the unit. We absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again.
