Newly renovated cottage on James Island, SC. Five minutes to downtown Charleston fine dining and historic district. 10 minutes to folly beach. Located on the municipal Golf course. Walking distance to Riverland terrace restaurants, concert venue, and Terrace Theatre. Newly renovated home in the great area of James Island. Central to all there is to enjoy in Charleston. Have office for work use available. Also a gym in the detached garage. Great screened in porch for coffee and cold drinks.

King size bed in master. Queen in guest bedroom. Large office. Wrap around electronic couch in living room. Island with bar stools or dining room table for meals.
