Style abounds in this newly built, second season charmer. Designed for adults & kids this house has it all. Spacious inside & out. A 60 second walk on pavement to the street's dedicated boardwalk puts you in the sand in the middle of all the action. Beach vehicle access is one block over. Restaurants & liquor store are in walking distance.
The space
Newly built in 2021, this is Geaux'n Coastal's second rental season. Everything is brand new, bright & colorful. High ceilings and ample spaces will make your group as comfortable as can be. This is no dark, run-down 1970s / 80s house with garage sale furniture. The beach is just a short walk away down the paved street and you can see & hear it from the decks.

4 Bedrooms- primary upstairs (king bed), lower floor (queen bed), upstairs (queen bed), bunkroom upstairs (6 built-in twin beds in 2 triple stacks - kids love them)...plus a queen pullout sofa in the living area

3 Full Baths- main floor, upstairs & a super spacious primary bath with walk-in shower and separate freestanding soaking tub. The house has a water softener, too.

Decks- huge main deck at the front door, another huge deck off the primary bedroom upstairs with the best views, smaller decks off the back side of the house on both levels also offer water views as well as lights at night (ok, mainly refinery lights but in the dark it looks a lot like city lights)

Kitchen- fully furnished with coffee maker (Keurig and drip...filters provided) plus coffee mugs, plates/cups/utensils/knife block, cutting board, pots & pans, grill tools, Reverse Osmosis dispenser at the sink & plumbed to the fridge water/ice maker, basic seasonings, blender, toaster, microwave, crock pot, new appliances...it's all there, just bring food & drinks.

Dining- counter height table with 8 chairs, 7 stools at the raised bar as well as 6 lifeguard style chairs on the main deck. Please no food in the living area or bedrooms.

TVs- 65" in living area and another 65" in primary bedroom, both are Samsung smart TVs

Under the house there's tons of space to set up cornhole or other games, a charcoal grill and the outdoor shower. Please leave the sand downstairs.

Between the driveway and under house there's plenty of parking. Please don't park on the street as our neighbors live in Surfside year round.

Additional items available:
- Paper towels (2 rolls)
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)

Items to bring:
- All food & drinks, including anything you use to prepare meals such as condiments, dressings, etc. Basic seasonings, including salt & pepper, are provided.
- K-Cups and/or coffee (filters are provided)
- Toiletries
- Lighter fluid and charcoal, if you want to grill
- Bug spray
- Laundry detergent if you plan to do laundry while here
Guest access
As a guest, the entire house is available to you.

All of Surfside's restaurants are close by. Some are walkable (Seahorse & Red Snapper) as is the liquor store just down our little side street. Beach vehicle access is only 1 block over.
