La cuisine et les salles de bains rénovées font de cette spacieuse maison de ville Bridges une location de choix à Mammoth Lakes, en Californie, avec 3 chambres plus un mezzanine et 4 salles de bain, à un jet de pierre des pistes! Profitez de magnifiques vues sur la montagne depuis les terrasses situées au large de deux chambres, ainsi que des baies vitrées dans le salon contemporain / salle à manger avec des planchers en ardoise et cheminée pierre de rivière 2 étages. Centre de divertissement dispose d'un téléviseur HD 46 pouces avec TiVo avec accès aux comptes de Netflix et des chaînes thématiques supplémentaires, y compris HBO, Cinemax, STARZ et Showtime / The Movie Channel, plus un lecteur DVD Blu-Ray.

Perfect for multiple families

This is a perfect place to stay in Mammoth. It's clean and quiet. Since the rooms are separated from each other on different levels, you can enjoy your privacy. 10 people can easily sleep and stay. The location is great and close to shops and restaurants. It is such a beautiful property. I wish I could upload some photos of it here. I highly recommend this unit.

Amazing Views!!!

This property was amazing!!! Plenty of space for our family totaling 8 to spread out and make ourselves comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the views from the living room and bedroom balcony were beyond beautiful! We drank coffee every morning and ate every breakfast and dinner on the balcony and it never got old. The property is located in a beautiful and clean neighborhood and is located within minutes from several gorgeous lakes. We’re already planning our next stay!

Skiing in and out was a breeze (a 4 minute walk down the hill and you're right at eagle lift - no big deal, even with skiis and boots on). Views were stunning. We'll be back.

The team was able to move us down the street to this unit, which was very nice and very large.

Overall okay

Great location and beautiful views at the condo. The internet was too slow to use, we were unable to watch any shows on streaming services. The fireplace also did not work. There was not any dish detergent and had to drive down to the rental office to get more (they did not offer to drop any off).

Our annual vacation at Bridges #13

The road snow was also dumped in the driveway. The snow removing driver said that he was not told that the unit was rented. We had to wait for him to clean the driveway. Also our internet was not accessible. We were given unit 15 next door password to access.

Reviewer Comments: The home in need need of a major improvement, base boards are falling off the walls , needs paint. The bed comforters must be from the 80s and are filled with dust. Fire place remote/ instruction manual is a joke. The tv system required twoRocket engineers to figure out how to turn on. I renovated motel is much nicer. Ps looked like someone or something died in the upstairs bath toilet. I would review this house before renting again...

First, the water from the fridge tasted like iron...like intensely. I think mostly just because it's not used much so those pipes get rusty I'm assuming but that sucked. So bring your own water. The other thing was that the sheets on the beds felt old and itchy like they haven't been washed in a good minute. But that makes sense since they probably don't get book very often so they stay unwashed and collect dust. They should probably wash those like once every 3 weeks or so cause its kind of uncomfortable. Other than that the stay was enjoyable. Great location as well as an easy check in process.

Great Location

This condo is large. We easily slept 10 people and had plenty of room in the common area to hang out and eat together. A few things that should be addressed are the internet / WiFi, cleaning supplies, amenities, and the fire place The WiFi did not work during our stay, and the cable didn’t work, so there was no TV streaming unless one of our hotspots worked. There were very few cleaning supplies to keep the place tidy during our stay. The kitchen was reasonably stocked, but it seemed like a collection of a lot of stuff guests had left over the years. And the fireplace doesn’t work. The property manager said that it was clearly mentioned in the listing, but I could not find it in the property description. Judging by a review from 2023 the fireplace has been out of order for at least a year. Having a fireplace in mammoth over the winter is kind of important during the winter. Those things were minor compared to the access we had to the slopes. Walk 100 years away and strap in to board down to Eagle. As close to a ski-in ski-out as you can get without being on the actual ski run. We will definitely be back. The price was reasonable for what we got.

Tattered Furniture and Worst Bedding Anywhere Ever

This COULD be an amazing place to stay, thanks to the amazing view and overall great bones. However, the decor is disgraceful. Torn and dirty furniture. Kitchen stools I wouldn't sit on. I slept with only the clean sheet over me, because the blanket was very old and very worn. Unattractive comforter in burgundy over the blanket - couldn't tell if it was clean, felt dirty. Same with our son's bed. Price was outrageous relative to the quality with additional service fees etc. Mammoth Reservations - what are you doing??? I won't rent through you again. There was no evidence of 'care' for the guest. Easy small things that typically are expected in a weekend rental were missing. Freezer with no ice tray. Large poker table with no playing cards. Of the 4 or 5 places we have rented in Mammoth this was by far the worst. Not a stones throw to the slopes.

Thanks for your comments. Each one of our units is individually owned so we don't have a ton of control over choice of decor, or inventory or bedding that they choose. Bridges Townhome #13 - Mammoth, CA

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The spaciousness, furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment, tableware, etc. exceeded my expectations; however, given the rental price, guests are deserving of those quality amenities. My only complaint was with the payment system, which required mailing a check. The final payment by check, due prior to occupancy, was lost in the mail, which would not happen if credit card or EFT payment was accepted. The only way to use a credit card for the lost payment cost me an additional $150 in order to save the reservation. I have rented many vacation homes during the past 25+ years (at least one a year), and all would accept credit card or EFT payments at no extra charge. The management company blamed it on the owner, stating they had nothing to do with the payment policy, which makes no sense since the checks were made payable to the rental agency - how would the owner know how payment was received from the renter?

Great location, poor maintenance

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great location and property, poor maintenance. we loved the location of this rental as we were able ro walk to eagle run and ski back. The manager makes sure the roads are safe to drive on on snowy days as he has a tractoe and is very diligent. The views are spectacular and the living area and kitchen are well equipped and nicely decorated. the bedrooms are ample and have decent bathrooms and plenty of storage. The extra full bathroom in the living area comes in handy foe busy mornings - The furnishings are nice but the sofa is not very clean - many of the light bulbs were out and dust was gathering in windowsills and bookshelves - overall not a very clean feeling home. we had issues with the bottom bedroom wall being covered with boogers that the cleaners had not noticed or cleaned and the loght in that room was flickering and not repaired during our stay. The master bedroom walk in closet was missing a light and could not be used as it was very dark - this too went not repaired during our stay even though these issues were reported on the day of arrival and we had been peomksed rectification, management wanted to send maintenance on the last eve of our stay - to be fair we were only there for three nights so the only way it would have worked is if they had responded the second day as they had promised but did not follow through. the parking space is ample (1 car in garage and two in driveway - overall we had a nice stay but wished it were cleaner and better maintained

Reviewer Comments: We had 3 families with 4 kids (ages 13-27); plenty of room to spread out without using single pull-out in loft or second trundle bed in lower bedroom; great layout and extremely well stocked, including providing humidifiers; great proximity to the slopes but there is a small uphill hike to the "Bridges" run before you can "ski out", though you can "ski in" right down to the road. Better access to slopes and spa from smaller units above but hard to beat the luxury and amenities of the larger units!!

Easy to walk to the slopes of you are snowboarding but a little harder with ski boots.
